On-site posting on site (yellow sign)and website5 Working Days
Building Permit Application and Tree Removal Plans
(sent to Arborist Division for review within 1-2 days of receipt by B.O.B.)
Post Notice of Plan Submittal to Remove Trees (orange sign)
aka “Pre-posting”
Arborist GivesPreliminary Approval
(when meets all aspects of the law according to the plan)
Applicant marks trees
On-site Posting (orange sign) min. 10 calendar days
Arborist verifies site conditions
and plans
Post Notice of Preliminary Approval to Remove Trees (Yellow Sign)
(listed on Arborist website)
Appeals may be filed.Appeal Packet must reach Arborist Office by 5:00 pm
on the last day to file appeal.

Appeal packet consist s of appeal application and $75 fee.
