PRODUCT INFORMATION
Exposure and Farming: Abruzzian pergola and spur cordon method, south – south east exposure, 280m above sea level. Slightly calcareous clay, supplied with medium organic ma[er and well humidified. Vinifica>on: Fermenta>on in stainless steel tanks at 18C, followed by aging at controlled temperature (2-4 months). Characteris>cs: Pale yellow color. Hints of fruits like peach, wild pear and apple ice. Delicate mineral peat scent. Very light floral notes. The taste is a mirror of the olfactory sensa>ons with salt and almond finish. Serve: 8-10°C.
