Spa EtiquettePlease arrive 15mins before your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time in order to accommodate other appointments.

Cancellation PolicyIn order to accommodate other guests we require 24 hrs notice of any cancellation. A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred if treatment is cancelled within a 12 hr period.

Finnish SaunaAn authentic finnish dry heat tradition with temperatures ranging from 70 to 80 degrees Celsius. Proven benefits in lowering blood pressure, detoxifying and relieving tired and sore muscles.

Steam roomWith 100% humidity and temperatures ranging from 38 to 43 degrees Celsius, our aromamatic steam room relieves muscle and joint pain, aids detoxification and boosts circulation. The steam experience is particularly beneficial for respiratory and sinus complaints.
