Hatha YogaHatha is often used to describe gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses.

A Hatha class involves a slow-paced stretching with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

Hatha Yoga sessions will be held every Wednesday at 17:00pm

These sessions are complimentary to in-house guests of the Grand Hotel Excelsior and Gym members of Le Grand Spa.

Advance bookings are recommended, to accommodate your preferred date andtime. Reservations can be made at the Spa Reception Desk during Spa operating hours

(7:00 till 21.00) or by phone from your room to extension 2115.

PUNCTUALITYIt is advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time. This enables you to

completely relax before the commencement of your treatment, therefore allowing you maximum benefit of your treatment. If you are delayed, please be advised that your treatment

time will be limited as a courtesy to other guests.

CANCELLATION POLICYPlease note that we have a 12 hour cancellation policy.

JEWELLERYPlease remember to leave all jewellery in your lockable locker.

MASSAGESAll massage treatments are for relaxation purposes.

Deep tissue and sports massages are not offered in-house.
