deliver award-winning skincare products that nourish, rejuvenate andprotect from the inside out. Our highly trained therapists will begineach treatment with a consultation to find out what your emotionaland physical needs are. We look forward to welcoming you toAberconwy Spa.

Our range of luxurious treatments also includes indulgence for thehands and feet - through our partnership with Jessica Nails, we providemanicures and pedicures for both men and women. Healthy naturalnails are not a privilege and Jessica Nails reveals the natural beauty of

every nail through hand and cuticle treatments, prescriptive base coatsand extra glossy top coats. You will find proven ingredients such asAlmond Oil, Vitamin E, Echinacea and Zinc to nourish and nurturedifferent nail needs. It's the ultimate in nail nutrition.

Booking InformationIndividual treatments will require a pre-payment of 50% of the total treatmentcharge at time of booking; the remaining 50% will then be charged after yourtreatment. Full payment of Spa Packages will be required upon booking.

We recommend booking treatments at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid disappointment.

Please ensure that you arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to yourappointment in order to make full use of your treatment time and consultation.If you are having a body treatment we will provide you with a robe, towel andslippers upon arrival. Swimwear must be worn at all times.

Medical ConditionsSome of our treatments offered are not suitable or may need to be adapted forguests with certain medical conditions. In order for us to advise you, pleaseinform us on booking of any pre-existing medical conditions. We advise that theSauna and Spa pool is not used by guests who are pregnant or under any kind ofmedical supervision.

Cancellation policyCancellations must be made within the following times. Spa Treatments 24hours prior to booking, Spa Packages 48 hours prior to booking and GroupBookings (i.e. Hen Parties), 7 days prior to booking. If notice is not given the fullcost of the treatment will be charged.

Spa TranquilityWe politely request that you respect other guests and the ethos of the spa, byswitching your phone to silent during your visit.

Terms & Conditions

The minimum age requirement for spa treatments is 16.

If you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will berefused your treatment.

You must declare any surgery that has taken place in the last 12 months beforeyour appointment, as the therapist cannot take responsibility for any injuriessustained during your treatment. If surgery has taken place in the last 12 monthsyour treatment may be cancelled.

If you suffer from any medical conditions we advise that you consult your doctorprior to any treatments.

Any conditions requiring life maintaining medication will not be accepted.

THE ULTIMATE AROMATHERAPY EXPERIENCE 50 minute and 80 minute treatments available

This hero treatment starts with a consultation to find out what your emotionaland physical needs are. From that we carry out an aroma test to allow you tochoose the oil most suitable for you. There are twelve signature oils to choosefrom, formulated with natural plant and flower oils with wonderful exotic scentsand powerful therapeutic benefits for body and mind.

With your chosen oil, your therapist will use carefully applied pressures tostimulate the nervous system, Swedish and neuromuscular techniques torelieve muscular tension, and lymphatic drainage to encourage healthycirculation. This treatment works from your head to your toes, it will dissolveaway all of your stress and tension. This is an intense massage ritual drawn froma fusion of Eastern and Western techniques enabling the therapist to work onyour body, mind and spirit.

It may be taken as a 50 minute or 80 minute massage ritual. In the longertreatment extra attention is given to the facial massage.

This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.

IMMUNE RECOVERY 50 minutes

Keep your respiratory tract and sinuses clear and your immune system strongwith this purifying, fortifying upper body treatment. Perfect for those recoveringfrom seasonal allergies or chest complaints, or anyone who spends too muchtime in polluted or stuffy environments. This treatment uses inhalation andpressure point massage techniques to open up airways and maximise effective breathing.

An Ayurvedic scalp massage lightens a heavy head, while drainage movementshelp unblock sinuses and ease headaches. With the scent of fresh green leaves,essential oils of eucalyptus, tea tree and pine have a decongesting, purifyingeffect and, alongside lavender, they boost your natural immunity with theiranti-bacterial, anti-viral properties. Used together, they help unblock a stuffyhead and keep your airways clear.

Cleansing, clearing and decongesting, this upper bodytreatment helps clear the mind and support the immune system.

The treatment begins with agentle olive grain exfoliation. Nourishing oils areapplied to cuticles and heels and then the body islayered in a hydrating and regenerating rose gel. Amoisturising and softening mix of oil and creamwith evening primrose oil and shea butter issmoothed on before being left to penetrate withthe body's own heat under a wrap. An Ayurvedicscalp massage with frankincense inhalation workssimultaneously on the physical, mental andemotional aspects.

This is a natural, highly effective skincare facial to reduce the signs of ageing without using harsh chemicals.

This repairing and anti-ageing facial works withnatural oils of inca inchi and larch extract which stimulates collagen formation to deliver firm andtightened skin, whilst the anti-inflammatoryproperties of pomegranate and rosehip seed oilwork on slowing down the effects of ageing skin.

True to Aromatherapy Associates' skincarephilosophy, your skin is prepared by cleansing andexfoliating with jojoba beads or corncob granules.The skin is then massaged using apple seedextract, raspberry seed oil and date palm oil whichare renowned for their cell renewal and anti-oxidant effects. Two masks are applied, a rose gelto hydrate, as well as an intense strawberry seedand frankincense mask to firm and plump.
