• A confirmation of an event must be advised in writing by the event organiser.A tentative booking not confirmed will be released after 7 days if no deposit is received.

• Deposit - A 25% Deposit of the event will be required on confirmation of an event.

• The final number of guests attending the event needs to be provided at least 24 hoursbeforehand; and charged according to the final number provided by client.

If this is not provided the charge will be based on the last number given.

• In the event that no final number is provided, the hotel reserves the right to chargethe original number proposed at quoting stage.

• Remaining full payment to be settled on the day or as agreed.

• Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 days before the actual dayof the event. The resort reserves the right to retain any deposits for cancellations

notified after the 7-day period.

PAYMENTS• Clients will be issued with a voucher upon payment, to present

on the day at the respective venue.

• A deposit of €15.00 per adult applies when confirming your reservationat Le Bistro on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day Lunch or New Year’s Day Lunch.

CANCELLATIONS• Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the actual day

of intended visit, whereby client will be issued with a credit note accordingly.

• Any refunds will not be affected in monetary value.
