Please watch for this important information. On Tuesday, May 29, 2018, when conversion weekend is expected to be completed, your current accounts will transition to First Financial Bank accounts.

Remote Deposit Capture

Deposit your checks without leaving the office. Use Remote Deposit Capture to prepare and process check payments, helping improve the cash flow efficiency of your business and reduce costs.

Manage cash flow:• Accelerate collection and clearing of customer check payments • Same-day ledger credit up to 8:00 PM Eastern Time • Custom reporting services to aid the receivables process

Reduce costs:• Decrease time, transportation and administrative expenses associated with making bank deposits • Deposit from multiple locations and/or to multiple accounts from one platform

If your business currently uses Remote Deposit Capture, this service will continue at First Financial and you will be able to use your current scanner. Our Business Service Center will reach out to you prior to Friday, May 25, 2018, to ensure scanner readiness.

Lockbox

Outsource the processing of your customer payments with our lockbox services. From mail collection to cash application of customer payments, we provide a cost-effective solution to help you improve your business performance. Our solutions include:

Wholesale Lockbox for B2B PaymentsAutomate posting of receivables, improve cash flow, separation of duties, improve audit control

Retail Lockbox for C2B Payments High volume consumer payments, automate receivables, improve customer service

If your business currently has lockbox services, this service will continue at First Financial. Your business will have enhanced capabilities for accounts receivable posting report and transmission formats. Your business will also have access to a portal for report and data access processing.

Fraud Control

Fraud continues to be a significant business challenge. Improve your internal controls with our online fraud control tools so your business can more efficiently identify potentially fraudulent transactions, and you can proactively protect your accounts from unauthorized activity.

Check Positive Pay• Upload a file of check issue data each time your business writes checks• Check issue data is maintained and the checks are matched as they are presented for payment• Presented checks not matching the issue data are reported to your business as exceptions• Payee verification also available upon request

Check Verification• Each business day, you will receive a list of all checks presented for payment or you can set

parameters to see only checks exceeding a certain threshold• Review each check, compare to your business records and make a payment decision for each item

ACH Positive Pay• Set rules to filter ACH debits presented to your business account• Receive notifications for exceptions of any ACH debit presented outside the parameters of the

rules set by your business• Choose to allow the ACH debit to process or return it to the originator as unauthorized

Your business will now have access to Positive Pay through Cash Management Online Banking. • For Positive Pay, pay exceptions will now be available at the earlier time of 8:30 AM

Eastern Time. The deadline for decisions will remain at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.• If your business currently uses ACH blocks, these will be replaced with ACH Positive Pay.

Your Positive Pay solution will now include Teller Positive Pay.ACH returns, notifications of change, EDI, and account reconciliation reports will all be delivered through the Positive Pay system.

Account Reconciliation Services

Save time with a more seamless workflow when reconciling your bank accounts. Our reconciliation services allow you to receive a bank-prepared file that can be used to streamline and automate much of your reconciliation process. Our transaction management system also provides reconciliation management services with the ability to build and customize reconciliation reports. First Financial offers:

Paid Check ReconciliationReconcile your paid vs. outstanding checks

Deposit Reconciliation Manage multiple deposit locations from a single daily report

Full Account Reconciliation• Manage your entire banking reconciliation from one system• Benefit from automated reconciliation, including all check numbers, repaired and

positive pay fraud protection• Increase audit control with separation of account reconcilement duties• Reduce operating expense

If your business currently uses account reconciliation services, these will continue at First Financial.

ACH Solutions

ACH solutions offer access to the most current and accurate ACH return information to help your business more efficiently manage your ACH payment process and reconciliation.

Our comprehensive ACH solutions can be used to:• Process direct deposit of employee payroll• Collect customer payments faster and

more efficiently• Pay vendors electronically

• Send tax payments• Concentrate cash from deposit accounts held

at other banks• Include invoice data to simplify posting

If your business is currently set up to originate ACH transfers, this service will continue at First Financial. Your current ACH exposure limits will remain in place during the transfer to First Financial. ACH pre-funding will be available within Cash Management Online Banking.

Schedule payments up to 30 days in advance. Upload payment information via NACHA, CSV, or fixed-position file formats.

If your business will be using a third-party software application to create your NACHA files, you will need to update your NACHA files to reflect the information below. Please do not update earlier than Tuesday, May 29, 2018. • Immediate destination: First Financial Bank routing number, 042200910 preceded by a blank• Immediate destination bank: FIRST FINANCIAL BANK (case sensitive)
