A walking distance from where I live is a man-made pond full ofsurprises. There is a lot to explore, and a lot to observe, as life goes on
developing, from first steps towards something like a mature ecosystem. It is also a place where on a lucky day you can learn something ofwhat you are as an individual.
SoFoBoMo is a group event where photographers all around the worldmake solo photo books in PDF form, in 31 days, start to finish, and youneed to have at least 35 photographs in the book.
The photographs in this book were taken during July 10th and 12th,2011, and the typesetting was done on July 12th. Some proofreading andcorrections were made the next day, as well as completing the intro textsfor each chapter. And deleting a dozen pages; that was needed as well.
I have used the square format (1:1 aspect ratio) for the photographs. Allphotographs were taken with the Panasonic LX3, and the photographsare straight jpeg files from the camera. The only exception was themosquito photograph. I didnt correct the exposure while taking it, andso I had to fix it later.
Thanks to fellow photo bloggers: for inspiring, for teaching.
I wish you happy moments with this little book!
