Are you looking for a way to help out needy families in our

area? The student council will be collecting extra Halloweencandy to donate to St. Annes church. The volunteers at St.

Annes include the candy in the Thanksgiving meal baskets

they give out. Please consider donating some of yourHalloween candy to help make a family in need have an extra

special Thanksgiving meal. Boxes will be placed in the lobby

    for donations.

Reading calendars are due on Friday. Please check in with

your children to make sure they have added up their monthlyminutes.

Our Fall Celebration will be on Thursday afternoon from 1:45-

3:00pm. Students are welcome to bring in an extra snack thaday to be eaten during the party if they wish. Students may

not share any food. Please be sure that the snack is peanut-free.

An informational sheet is coming home on Monday for our

Mystery genre project. Your children will need to read thebook and complete a project by November 26th. Instead of

doing a Quilt Square for this book, your children will be able

to choose one of the attached project ideas. The completedorganizer needs to be turned in along with project. Projects

can always be handed in before the due date.

I am looking forward to a wonderful week!

    Warmly,
