adjoining, the scheme involved

complete upgrade of the internal

environment in addition to creating is

additional bedrooms.

A new cafe/bar was created within the

basement with public toilets and full

kitchen facilities. Externally a new roof

covering was provided in conjunction

with upgrading roof lights, windows

and all external entrances and exits.

An accelerated programme meant

that the client was able to occupy two

months early in time for the Christmas

2008 period.
