Generali Global Assistance’s Travel Risk Intelligence Portal can be accessed from the participant’s profile page and features information and tools to support travelers before and during their trips abroad. The site contains real-time destination-based health, security and travel-related information.

A variety of tools have also been integrated within the portal to minimize inconvenience during trips and to support travelers in an emergency.

You can access the portal from your Log In and Registration Page or by Accessing the Portal Website

1. Portal Website Access: https://eservices.europassistance-usa.com/sites/inext• Enter Group ID = C2INX

• Enter Activation Code = 160722

• Enter your information

• Click Register

2. An Email will be sent to the email address that you just registered asking you to confirm your registration.

3. Once registration is confirmed, you can log into the portal using the credentials you just created and complete your profile and browse the site. 2
