TRATON HEADLINE: Online Information on
Home Builders and Real-Estate Developers
In a recent article byTraton News, we reported various "gripe
sites" in
which consumers had reported on some of the deplorable acts by
home
builders and residential developers.
Given that the residential real-estate market is in a slump,
the
information on these sites gives new home buyers a range of
issues
that they should consider before buying a new home. While
the
"gripes" may not be universal to all home buyers' experiences,
they
nevertheless tell a cautionary tale for potential
purchasers.
With that said, the stories can be found at the following

9. Several "Fight" Sites, including Fight Pulte, Fight Divosta,
and Fight
Del Webb
Insofar as the real estate market is now facing some problems,
it islikely that these "gripe sites," such as Traton Sucks, will
gain more
attention from unsatisfied home owners.
There is no doubt that, as the popularity of these sites
increases during
this down market, there will be a corresponding decline in sales
for
home builders that are on the receiving end of such
complaints.
