• Trash and recycling is collected weekly according to the pickup zone map. • All trash/recycle items should be bagged and placed inside your cart with the lid completely closed. Trash/recycle outside of the carts will NOT be serviced. • Place your trash and recycle carts no later than 7:00 am for pickup between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm on your service day with cart handles facing your home. • Place carts at least 3 feet apart and 3 feet away from obstacles including mailboxes, cars, fences, gas meters, and drainage ditches. Please ensure there is a 16-foot clearance above your cart. • Missed trash/recycling and bulk item collection should be reported to CWD within 48 hours; call 972-392-9300. • Holiday Schedule - CWD observes Christmas, Thanksgiving day, Memorial Day and Labor Day; the service schedule slides one day. All other holidays are pickup as normal. 1. Schedule your bulk/brush pickup: Call CWD at 972-392-9300; submit a request online at WylieTexas.gov/help; or use the GoRequest mobile app

2. Place the items at the front of your house, curbside, by 7:00 am on the Fri. of your scheduled pickup3. A maximum of 6 cu. yds. can be picked up per service, with a limit of 24 cu. yds. per year4. Ensure brush/bulk items are not blocking the sidewalk and cars are not blocking the collection site

Brush• Place tree limbs parallel to the street, not obstructing the sidewalk • Bundles must weigh less than 50 lbs. and be shorter than 10’• Call CWD Customer Service to arrange a special pickup for limbs exceeding specifications

Acceptable Bulk Items• Toys, yard tools tagged “bulk item” • Fence panels no larger than 4’ X 6’• Washing machines, dryers, water heaters and kitchen appliances• Refrigerators and freezers, with tags certifying removal of refrigerants

Prohibited Bulk Items• Commercial construction and remodeling debris• Household hazardous waste (paint, motor oil,

chemicals, etc.)• Loose debris (place in a box or container no larger

than 2’ X 2’ X 4’; weighing less than 50 lbs.) • Tires

• Furniture• Bundled carpet 4’ lengths
