VEHICLES SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS 1. Registration and Ownership Title of the vehicle. Both document without any conditional sales or loan. 2. Copy of driver license of the owner. 3. Certificate of “No Fines” due with $1.50 stamp (valid for 3 days counting the day it is done). (Obras Públicas) 4. Certificate of Pressure Wash and Clean, including the motor and beneath the vehicle. 5. Internal Revenue $10 voucher, code 5122 for each vehicle. (comprobante en colecturía) 6. From the owner an original Power of Attorney by a lawyer in P.R. authorizing Crowley P.R. Services to ship the vehicle, Also when the owner is not present must authorize the person who delivery the unit. Please include year, model, serial number and responsibility waiver. 7. When the unit is a Company owned vehicle must submit a corporate letter authorizing the shipment. 8. Letter from the bank (original and notarized) authorizing the shipment, if the unit has an active loan. 9. All vehicles have to be pre-inspected by P.R. Police Stolen Department that corresponds to the customer residence. (valid for 5 days) 10. Original certificates of no debt with ACAA. Tel. 787 759-8989 (Valid for 20 days) 11. PR plate must be left on the dash of the vehicle. 12. All vehicles may have no more than one-fourth tank of fuel. 13. No personal stuff inside of vehicle will be accepted. EIN in lieu of social security number: visit: https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp Freight charges must be paid at the moment of delivery of the vehicle. We accept: ATH, Money Order, Certificate Managers Check, Visa, Master Card or American Express. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Once all these requirements are met, the vehicle is received by Tranz-Global Xpress Car Division Department from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. from Monday thru Friday. No vehicle will be accepted unless it has legible identification numbers in the doors, hood, trunk and dash board, and all replaced parts are documented. U.S. Customs must inspect all vehicles shipped to foreign ports (including U.S.V.I.) on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Vehicle to United State do not need Customs.
