Research Problem How can airport executives, each with a different focus communicate effectively to implement innovative, value driven solutions to Airport IT problems?
Approach
The primary research included: • Two workshops at AAAE
• On-line surveys of CEO, CIO and one Stakeholder
• On-site interviews CEO, CIO, and one Stakeholder
Approach Secondary steps included developing common tools:
