REAGAN TO CHANGEMAKERS RECEPTION Travelling from Ronald Reagan National Airport Metro stop (Blue/Yellow)to True Reformer Building

The Washington, DC Metro system has an elevated Metro station connected to the concourse level of terminals B and C at Reagan National Airport.

Metrorail fare cards may be purchased at machines locates at all entrances to the Airport Metrorail station. The station is also fully accessible via elevators.

Terminal B and C: Use either of two enclosed pedestrian bridges on the concourse level, which connect directly to the station.

Terminal A: Exit the terminal to the streetside curb, and board any “Airport Shuttle” bus. At the stops for Parking Garages B and C (bus shelter #3 and bus shelter #5) you may access an enclosed bridge, which connects to the Metrorail station.

BWI TO CHANGEMAKERS RECEPTION Option 1: BWI Airport to Union Station Metro station (Red) via MARC train

**MARC train runs Monday through Friday ONLY**

From BWI Airport, you must take a shuttle to the BWI Airport Train Station.

From there, the MARC train provides shuttle service into DC’s Union Station (Red) for about $6 (rates vary).

MARC Trains provide service to the BWI Marshall Rail Station, where free shuttles serve the airport terminal.

Shuttle stops are located on the lower level terminal roadway in between door numbers 1 & 2, 8 & 9, 14 & 15, and 17 & 18.

Shuttle buses from the BWI Marshall terminal building to the rail station operate every 12 min from 5:00am to 1:00am daily and every 25 min between 1:00am and 5:00am daily.

Buses stop adjacent to the rail station garage, directly in front of the rail station.

Take the free Law School Shuttle (WCL Direct Shuttle) which runs at thirty minute intervals from 8:00am to 11:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Shuttles are scheduled to depart WCL on the hour and half hour and depart the Metro station on the :15 and :45 of every hour.

The shuttle stop is located across from the Tenleytown Metro Station (red line) at the corner of 40th Street.

Before you board the shuttle, ask the driver if the shuttle will stop at the Washington College of Law.

You will be dropped off at the 48th Street side of the building – proceed to the Massachusetts Avenue entrance.

LOCATION & HOURSThe Capitol Visitor Center, the main entrance

to the U.S. Capitol, is located below the East

Plaza of the Capitol between Constitution and

Independence Avenues.

Visitors: The Visitor Center is open to the public

from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through

Saturday. It is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas

Day, New Year’s Day, and Inauguration Day.

as 7:15 a.m.

SAFETY & SECURITYBefore entering the Capitol Visitor Center, all visitors

are screened by a magnetometer and all items that are

permitted inside the building are screened by an x-ray

device. The following items are strictly prohibited:

�� Any bag larger than 14" wide x 13" high x 4" deep

�� Food or beverages of any kind (The restaurant is

available to satisfy your dining needs.)

�� Aerosol containers

�� Any pointed object (knitting needles, letter openers,

etc. Note: pens and pencils are permitted.)

�� Electric stun guns, martial arts weapons or devices
