The theme is American/European to explain and illustrate the global identity of the company which is the largest clothing manufacturer in North America as well as to highlight the business model of triple bottom line of people, planet, profit. 3 Directive Words to Describe the “Look and Feel” of the Campaign: • Sophisticated • Bold • Bubbly Designer Notes : The design development of the logo is a mixture of texture, color and simplicity. The motivation of the design is to add color to the existing logo which is simply a wordmark in bold black lettering, and to utilize a single letter, lowercase ‘a’ which stands out as a white letter on a background that has a simulated sort of american flag effect but with texture and a more abstract feel. The appeal to the marketplace is this can be used as an app for a mobile phone application as well as a versatile more colorful logo. 1 I am the chosen sketch.
