AN ASSET TO TENANT SUCCESS
The Central Building’s iconic design was created by architect Charles Aldrich
and completed by The Trustee Company in 1909. Advanced steel and concrete construction with marble interiors and modern features were
envisioned to stand the test of time, earthquakes, fire and other natural events. The property is
strategically positioned at the historic Central Point of Seattle — the intersection of 3rd Avenue and
Columbia Street.
A full-block presence and distinctive architecture sets the property apart from surrounding
buildings. Retail amenities include on-site java and conversation at locally-based Cherry Street Coffee
and delicious Asian cuisine at acclaimed Red Bowls.
