The Central Building’s iconic design was created by architect Charles Aldrich

and completed by The Trustee Company in 1909. Advanced steel and concrete construction with marble interiors and modern features were

consisting of a GE Model EST3 addressable fire alarmcontrol panel (FACP), which monitors all smoke/heatdetectors, manual pull stations, and fire sprinkler tamperand flow switches

· The FACP features a public address system andfirefighters’ communication system

· The FACP was installed circa 2013 and monitored offsiteby Alarm Center

· Fully sprinklered
