Radiators for oil-immersed transformers according to EN 50216-6 (ex DIN 42559) manufactured in the following types: FG with square flanges and elements of equal lengthFR with square flanges and lowered upper header of 2 or 3 elementsRG without flanges and elements of equal length
•Elements width 520 mm pitch 45 mm, in cold rolled steel thickness of 1 or 1.2 mm•Centres (L) from 800 to 3500 mm (up to 4000 mm on request)•Number of elements (N) from 2 to 36•Welded cold drawn tubes headers with length a1, a2 of min. 75 mm•Air vent and draining devices according to DIN 42558, lifting lugs, stiffeners ø 8 or 10 or 50x5 mm•Stainless steel plates 40x4 mm for mechanical and earth connection•Leakage test at a pressure of 200 kPa (2 bar) under water. Vacuum resistant•Expansible radiators on request• Internal surfaces washed by forced and filtered circulation of transformer oil or oil resistant painting•External surface protection available according to ISO 12944 atmospheric-corrosivity categories:
a. Shot-blasting, degreasing, phosphating and painting with one or two pack water baseepoxy acryl pur miox paint. Cationic Epoxy Electrocoat primer (KTL) on request
b. Hot dip galvanized coating according to ISO 1461c. Hot dip galvanized coating with further degreasing, phosphating and painting (a + b)

Since 1961 WARM has manufactured steel radiators for central heating and since the 70’s electric radia-tors and transformer radiators.In 1981, it started the production of transformer ra-diators series W520 with new automatic plants de-signed and manufactured in-house to complement and renew machinery from the historical Smalterie of Bassano. In 2012 the first series W520 was re-placed by the second series following the complete renovation and further automation of plants.Since 1997 WARM has adopted a quality manage-ment system having the best customer satisfaction as final goal, continuously evolved, assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 in order to maintain the high levels of quality, com-petence and reliability proven over time.The main manufacturing processes (stamping, wel-ding, painting) are made internally by specific pro-duction facilities highly automated and are kept under constant control by experienced staff in order to ensure high levels of quality and efficiency of product and customer service.
