HowAnEnergyReaderGetsInformation

Much of the information in this book comes frommy ability to read energy.Throughagreatdealofexperience, Ihavebecomeexceptionallyaccurate,notonlyreadingenergy,butalsointerpretingtheperceptionsofenergyintowords.

ForaslongasIcanremember,Ihavehadtheabilitytoreadenergy.InmyearlyyearsIdidn’tunderstandhowIgotmyinformation.WhenIspoketootherswhatI perceivd, ormore accurately,what I knew, Iwould be asked, “Howdo youknow that?” It seemed so obvious tome, I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’tobvioustoothersaswell.Icertainlycouldn’texplainhowIgotmyinformation.

Itmademeawkwardinsocialsituations.Ineverknewwhethertorespondtotheperson’s“pretend”comment, (as it appeared tome),orwhat theywere sayingwith their energy. Inmy confusion and panic, I would usually blurt outwhatsomeonemostwantedtohide(“So,whendidyougetyournosefixed?”)

Then inmy 30s, I began a quest for something Iwas yearning for but didn’tknowwhatitwas.Throughsomewonderfulsynchronicity,myquesteventuallyledme tomassageschool.Myyearatschoolwassuchahomecomingforme,especiallytheenergyhealingmodalitiesthatIlearned.Whatarevelationitwaswhen students and teachers talkedopenlyabout intuitionandenergy!Youcanimaginemy joy about findingmy tribe. It wasmy own personal story of theducklingfindingherswanfamily.

After school, I continued my studies of subtle energy techniques that alsoheightened my ability to read energy. I discovered I was not unique in thisability.Everyonereadsenergy,evenaone-celledorganism.Wearehard-wiredtoreadourenvironmentsothatwecandetermineifit’safriendlyordeadlyplace.Formostpeople,thisisgoingoninthebackgroundonanunconsciouslevel.Forme, Iamconsciouslyawareofwhat someone’senergy iscommunicating.The

filters that others have that separate their perception of form from energy justaren’tthereforme.

Whatis thedifferencebetweenreadingenergyandtelepathy, intuition,psychicvisionorclairaudience?

Telepathy is tuning into some one’s thoughts, while intuition is a suddenknowing that arises from the right brain’s ability to perceive thewholeness ofsomething. Psychic vision or clairvoyance involves the third eye, an energycenterinthecenteroftheforehead,whichisusedforpredictingfutureeventsorseeingguidesandangels.Clairaudienceisthehighersensefortheears.Withthissense people can communicate with their guides, angels, or other ascendedmasters.

Readingenergyisdifferentfromtheseabilities.Itinitiallyarisesfromthesenseoftouchanditshighersenseofclairsentience.Theabilityto“clearlyfeel”whatothersareexperiencingorempathycanbehelpfulorannoying,dependingonthecircumstances.These sensesare located in thebodyconsciousnesswhileotherhighersensesariseinthemindorbrainconsciousness.

Experiencingotherpeople’s feelings inyourownbody is abeginning levelofreadingenergy.Astheabilityofreadingenergyevolves,itshiftsfromthesenseof touch, and clairsentience to the higher sense of hearing. The braininterpretationcentersdecode theenergy intowords thatmatch thevibrationoftheform.

Tounderstandthisbetter,youmustfirstknowthateverythingisenergyandallenergyvibrates.I“look”atsomethingorsomeonewithmyawarenessandreadtheirenergyorvibrationalsignature.Thenit’stranslatedintowordsandcheckedvibrationallyagainst theoriginalsignature.AvibrationalmatchmeansI’vegottherighttranslation.

When a new energy system dropped into my awareness in 2004 during ameditation,Iusedmyabilitytoreadenergytotranslatewhatitwasandhowittransformed people. It was so different from other energymodalities I had todevelopanewvocabularyforit.

Afternineyearsofdiscoverybasedon the experiencesof theparticipants andreadingenergy,IcanconfidentlysaythatIknowwhatI’mtalkingabout.

All of this explanation about energy reading is to let you know that a lot ofinformationinthisbookwon’thavearesourcelisting.

WeAreOnFastForward

There aremoments in your lifewhen you fast-forward.Onemoment you arewalkingdownaroadheadedinacertaindirection,happyorunhappywithyourpaceordirection,andinthenext,someinvisibleforcepicksyouupandsetsyoudownonacompletelydifferentroadwithadifferentdestination.Orsoitseemsatthetime.

Suchwasmyexperiencein2004.Inamomentofthepurest,inspiredcreationIhave ever experienced, a new protocol downloaded from the energetic realmsintomyconsciousawareness.Itnotonlybroughtanewenergysystemforthoseof us who weren’t born with it, but also a way to work with it. The energyprotocol, which became known as Crystalline Consciousness Technique™,turnedouttobearevolutionaryapproachtohealing,transformingandcreatingormanifesting.

Prior to that life-changingmoment, Ihadstudiedmanyformsofsubtleenergyhealing modalities. This technique was unlike anything I had ever learned orused. Itwould takemea long time tounderstand that theprotocolwasfor theemergingcrystallinesystemwithinus.Thisenergysystemiscurrentlyreplacingourelectromagneticsystemas theprimaryenergetic informationsystemof thebody.(InChapter3,Iexplainthisconceptmorefully.)

Since that moment over 10 years ago, I, along with an amazing group ofpractitionersandteachers,developedclasses,manuals,andtoolstomoreeasilylearn, understand and work with the crystalline system. It was quite the testdrive!ThemoreIlearnedaboutCCT,themorepassionateandcommittedIhavebecomeaboutit.

Forallthathasbeenlearned,however,onlyasmallpotentialofwhatispossiblewithCCThasbeentapped.Asourconsciousnessexpands,sodothepossibilities

ofwhatwe can do; from healing ourselves, to healing our planet, to creatingamazinglivesofjoy,abundanceandwonder.

AsIwasbusywiththe“whatandhow”ofCCT,Ikeptwondering,“why?”WhydidCCTcomeinwhenitdid?Whatpurposewasitservingatthiscriticaltimeofglobaltransformation?Astheanswerscamein,Ifoundmyselfexcitedaboutthepotentialwithintheseturbulenttimesaswellastrustingtheoutcomeofitall.WhatIknowbecauseofCCTisthatthereisanoveralldesigntotheplanetarytransformation we are experiencing. When that is understood and known,perhaps the fear held in mass consciousness can decrease and wonder canincrease.

Likeskippingtotheendofasuspensefulbook,I’lltellyoutheshortanswerto“why?”Theplanetary transformation thatwehavebeenundergoing isnot justoneofconsciousness,butalsooneofenergy.Wehaveanewenergeticsystemthat is emerging that is crystalline in nature. Crystals have long been used tostoreinformationandpromotehealing.Thedevelopmentofahumancrystallinesystem leads to a new level of consciousness with the ability to processinformationandbecomeempoweredsuperhealersatgreatlyacceleratedspeeds.

The precursors to this emerging crystalline system are the children that havebeen arriving since the 1980s. The Indigos, Crystalline, Star and Rainbowchildrenhaveallarrivedwithacrystallineenergysystemalreadyinplace.Theyknow about its ability to rapidly accelerate healing and learning, and candownloadinformationforlearningentiresubjectsinnanoseconds,iftheywant.If their sensory systems are not shut down through trauma, they developamazing intuitive and psychic abilities. Many are highly artistic and theirpowerful imagesreferenceEarth inrightenergeticalignment,anaturalhealingconsequenceofthecrystallinesystem.

The rest of uswhowere born before this special group of souls have the oldelectromagnetic energy system to work with. It’s like having one of the firstpersonalcomputersofthe1980sinsteadofthelatesttechnology.Inaworldthatisrapidlychangingaroundus,wealsoneedtochange.

Theslowevolutionarywaytochange,calledthehundredthmonkeysyndrome,waitsforacertainpercentageofpeopletotransform,leadingtoatippingpointforthetransformationoftherestofthepopulation.Althoughtippingpointsarecomingmorequicklythan100yearsago,weneedtogetpastourresistanceto

changeandgetonthetransformationtrainnow!

It’stimetobecomehumanswhocancreateinharmonywiththeuniversallawsof theuniverse.Doingsoalignsus to thebiorhythmsandcyclesof theplanet.We can release the “touristmentality” thatwehave about our timehere.Likebadguests,wearestealingall the towelsandthecontentsof themini-bar,andleavingthehousekeepertocleanupthemessleftbehind.Insteadwecanbecomecamperswho support the idea of "leave no trace," departing our planet betterthanwefoundit.

It’stimetobecometrueplanetarystewards,partoftheweboflifeinawayfarbeyond our immediate imagination. To shift from abusers and users tocontributors and collaborators requires awakening to the world of energy in,through and beyond form. If energy is in right alignment, the appropriate,healthyand sustainable formwill follow.CrystallineConsciousnessTechniqueworking with the crystalline system easily and efficiently promotes rightenergeticalignment.

After the shift on December 21, 2012, the planet itself now has a crystallinesystem. It ismybelief thatall lifewilleventuallydevelopacrystallineenergysystembecausewhereEarthgoessogowe.Itwill take longer to learnhowtouse it, though.Thebiologicalbrain tends tocling towhat itknowsbestand itwillhappilystayintheelectromagneticrutforever.

Agoodmetaphorfor thisshift fromelectromagnetic tocrystallinesystemis toimaginethatallofyourcomputingskillsarefromthe80sandyousuddenlygetacomputerfrompresentday.Youwouldhardlyknowwhattodowithit.Firstyouwould try to replicatewhatyouhadmasteredon theoldcomputer. Ifyoucould figureouthow toopenadocument,youmight findyourselfdisorientedwith the speed that occurswith every keystroke.Andwhat are all those otherapplications? Your brain becomes muddled and you can’t take anything inanymore.Youturnoffthecomputerandwishyouhadtheoldonebackagain.

Thisissimilartowhatoccurswhenswitchingfromourelectromagneticsystemtoacrystallineenergetic system.Manyof the toolsdeveloped inCCTaddressthisresistance,confusionandoverwhelm.Untilthatisovercome,workingwithacrystallinesystemcouldbechallenging.

Although this book explains the nature of transformation and the rise of the

crystalline system, it is woven in with the story of Crystalline ConsciousnessTechnique.Formethetwoareinseparable.

The first three chapters explain the nature of transformation, bothelectromagneticandcrystalline.ThenextthreechaptersdelvemoredeeplyintotheCrystallineConsciousness protocol andwhy it is so phenomenal. The lastthreechaptersexplorewhat thecrystallinesystemmeans in thenear future forhealing,creatingandbeingingroups.

TransformationNow

OnsummernightswhenIwas14,Iwouldclimbontoaloosehaystack, lieonmy back and gaze into the immense starry blackness of a brilliant, Montananightsky.Insteadofperceivingitasaflatblackclothwithsomesparklylightson it, I sawand felt thedepthof space.The immensityof scalemademe feelverysmallandinsignificant.FacingtheGreatMysteryofexistence,Ifeltmyselfwellupwithfearandterror.WhatpossiblereasoncouldexplainthatIexistedatall?

Idecidedtoaskmymomwhatthepurposeoflifewas.Althoughshewasveryspiritual, my mother was not a metaphysical woman. We didn’t have deepconversationsaboutthenatureoftheUniverse.Thatwouldhavebeenmydad’s

arena.Forsomereason,though,Ididn’taskhim.Approachingmymomwhileshewaswashingdishes,Iaskedher“Whyarewehere?Whatisthepurposeoflife?”

At first she was quiet as she pondered what I asked, but then she respondedhonestlyandstraightfromtheheart.Shesaidthatshedidn’treallyknowbutthatshethoughtitwasaboutgrowingasaperson.Atthetimeitdidn’tseemlikeabig enough answer to addressmy terror of being an insignificant speck in theuniverse,butsomethinginsideofmequieteddownwithherresponse.Nowfourdecadeslater,asIstartwritingthischapterabouthowtransformationorgrowthISeverything,Irealizemymomhaditrightallalong.

TheBigBigPicture

Transformationisknowntousbymanyothernamesincludingspiritualgrowth,awakening, personal growth, enlightenment, evolution, shift of consciousness,ascension,salvation,andredemption.

It’snotjustus,though,thatisconstantlytransforming—itistheentireuniverse.Physicists are baffled why systems in the Universe don’t fall into entropy orstagnation, but continue tomove into higher levels of order and organization.What keepswinding the clock? They don’t ask “who” because thatwould besteppingintotheworldofspirituality.Theyarefullyaware,however,thatthereissomethingthatisorderingitallandthatseemsveryaware.Theyalreadyknowthatasubatomicparticlewhenbeingobservedactsinaccordancetothethoughtsof the person who is observing it. How can a seemingly inanimate, lifelessparticledo that?There seems tobe someCosmicConsciousnessbehind it all.TryashumanshavetodissectandthendominatethisGreatMysterybehindandthrougheverything,theycan’t.

Before going any further, let me take a moment to explain how I definetransformation. In its simplest term, transformation is when a system ofinterrelatedpartsmovesintogreaterlevelsoforderandorganization.Inhumansthisshowsupasahigherlevelofconsciousness.

Astransformationbegins,thereisanoverallincreaseinvibrationthroughoutthewholesystemwhetheritisahumanbody,asolarsystemoragalaxy.Eventuallya tipping point is reached and the whole system pops into a greater state ofbeing.Inhumans,bliss,joyandecstaticstatescanbearesultoftransformation.

IntheUniverse,perhapsit’sthesingingofthespheres.Afterall,UniversemeansOne-Verse.

Whatcouldpossiblybethereasonforcontinual transformationormovingintogreater order and organization by the Great Planner? This is a question thatscientists, philosophers and religious scholars have been studying and arguingformillennia.Sincetheyhaven’tcometooneconclusionyet,Idon’tseewhyIcan’tthrowmytheoryintothemix.

In the Universe according to me, the Ultimate Great Planner is pureConsciousness,whichmeansitisalsopureenergy.Justlikeourbrain,whichisall about knowing but can’t know itself (it has no nerves for that), pureConsciousness doesn’t know itself. By creating form—the stars, the solarsystems,you,me—itcreatesamirrortoreflectitself.Asallformcontinuestotransform,i.e.evolve,itincreasesinvibrationandevolvesinconsciousness.Atsomepoint in time,when formholds the samevibrationandconsciousness astheConsciousnessfromwhichitoriginated,thenConsciousnesswillknowitself.Whatcouldpossiblehappenthen,when“asabove,sobelow”and“aswithin,sowithout”becomesarealityeverywhere?WhentheDivinewithinmemeetstheDivinewithinyou,sotospeak?PerhapsanotherBigBang.

Inthemeantime—wearetransforming.

TheTransformationofEarth

It’seasytoacceptthatwearetransforming,orthatagalaxyistransformingasstarsareformedorunformed.Whatseemstobeastretchtotheimaginationisthat Earth herself is also transforming.Even though geology tells us how andwhenEarthhaschangedandtransformedinthepast,wethinkofherasbasicallyunchangingbecausehertimingisonabiggertimescalethanourown.Weseetheevolutionoflifefromdinosaurstomammalsinmuseumsbutitseemsremoteanddisconnectedfromourownlives.Liketheoxygenthatwebreathe,wejusttakeforgrantedtheplanet’sseeminglyunchangingnature.

Now, however, Earth is in rapid transformation.Alongwith the Sun, Earth istransforminginamere20yearsorsowhatmighthavetaken26,000yearsathernormal pace. We are consciously and energetically aware of Earth as neverbefore.Fromshiftingmagneticgridstoincreasedplanettilting,wehavebecomephysically sensitive tominute changes, sometimes disorienting or feeling pain

fromtheseshifts.

Partof this transformation iscoming from thecenterof thegalaxy.Called theGalactic Alignment, every 26,000 years our solar system lines up with thegalacticequatorinthedirectpathoftheparticlestreamofhighlychargedenergythat emanates from theblackhole at thecenterof thegalaxy.Different expertscalculatethistimetobenow,beginninginthe1980sandextendingto2016orso,with2012representingthepinnacleortippingpoint.

Any timewe receive energy that is at ahigher rateofvibration thenwhatwecurrentlyhold,wemustbeabletoassimilatethisenergy.Thisistheverynatureof transformation; it not only involves our consciousness, it also involves ourphysicalbodies.Manyphysicalailmentssuchassystemicpain,strangebacterialeruptions, sleep issues, weight gain or loss, or dizziness, are a result of thephysicalbodystrugglingtoassimilatethesehighvibrationalenergies.

One of the greatest misunderstandings in both alternative and allopathicmedicineistocomprehendanddiscernwhenthebodyisexperiencingsymptomsfrom pathology (the body breaking down) or from transformation (the bodyincreasing invibration). It ismyguess thatduring theyears leadingup toandbeyond2012,uncomfortablephysicalsymptomsformanypeopleweretheresultoftransformation.

Another part of the current intense and rapid transformation of the Earth iscoming from three large time cycles that are coming into a singlemoment ofsynchronization.Studiedby theMayans,oneof the timecycles is the26,000-yearcycleIalreadymentioned.BesidesbeingcalledtheGalacticAlignment,itisalsoknownasthePrecessionoftheEquinoxes.AsEarthwobblesonitsaxisandpoints to different parts of the sky inhabited by different constellations, ittakesalittleover2000yearstomovethrougheachsection.

I’mnotanexpertontheMayantimeinformation,buttwoothertimecyclesthathave beenmonitored are also part of this synchronization. At the point whensynchronizationoccurs, there isastillpointorcessationof therhythmsof timeandthewholelivingmatrixreordersandorganizesitselfintoahigherlevel.

Like the suspension of breath after inhaling and exhaling, there is peace andletting go during stillpoint before the rhythm starts again more strongly andcoherently.

EvolutionvsInvolution

Evolution,whichiswhattransformationiscalledataplanetarylevel,isabottomup model. Vibration increases and our consciousness shifts, moving from asurvivalfocustoathrivingone.Thereisasenseofcontinuityinevolutionthatourbrainslike.

We wiggle on our stomachs, then crawl, stand, walk, and finally run. Eachtransformation is built on the one preceding it, yet there is always somealchemical or tipping pointmomentwhen consciousness shifts from the priorleveltothenext.Thebodystartsworkingonwalkingwhilestillcrawling,thenonedayitisreadyandthebabystandsupandwalks!Parentsallovertheworldpraytheydon’tmissthatmagicalmoment.

About 10%of the timeNature reverses the order of transformation and shiftsfrom evolution to involution, a top downmodel. It does this for a couple ofreasons.Sometimestheexistingsystemdoesn’thaveenoughenergyinittogettoatippingpoint.Sometimesthenewlevelthatiscominginissoradicalitcan’tbeanextensionoftheexistinglevels.

When involution occurs, I call it Universal Override. As I said in theIntroduction, you’rewalking down the road; happy or unhappywith your lifepathwhensuddenlytheUniversepicksyouupandputsyoudownonadifferentpath.That’showinvolutionfeelsanditcanbequitedisorienting.

ParadigmShift

The dictionary says that "paradigm" is a worldview accepted by society as aclearmodelorpatternofhowthingswork.Aparadigmshift,then,isachangeinthinkingfromoneperspectivetoanother.It’snotalateralshiftbutaverticalorhigher one. Think Newtonian Physics to Quantum Physics, for example. Orbetteryet,thinkcaterpillartobutterfly.

Acaterpillarisanexampleofinvolution.Aftercreatingachrysalisasacontainerfor itself, a caterpillar becomes primordial soupwith no formwhatsoever.Anenergeticpatternisbroughtintoorganizethisformlessstuffintoanewshape,anewparadigm.Ifthereisn'tenoughenergyintheexistingform,whichthereisn'twith caterpillar soup, then energy must be brought in to shift it. All energycarries information. In the case of caterpillars, this energy provides the

informationthatreordersandorganizesthesoupintothemagnificentstructureofabutterfly.

There'sa timingelement inallof this.The involutionalor topdownenergy isbrought in with the new information and informs the existing form. In acaterpillarchrysalis,itcantakeaslittleas2weeksorawholeseasontoturnintoanewbutterfly.Althoughourplanethaschangeddramatically,theformsoflifemaytakealittlelongerthanaseasontocatchupwithher.

ThegoodnewsabouttheNewEnergyParadigmisthatEarthwillnowbeabletoheal more quickly from the ravages of the Old Energy paradigm. In thatparadigm, we were all caterpillars and spent most of our lives voraciouslyconsumingourhost.

In a paradigm shift wemust recognize that we are no longer caterpillars, butbutterflies.Caterpillarsmustgothroughsomesortoferasingoftheirharddrives,fortheyshiftfromcrawlerstoflierswithoutanystumblinginvolved!Ourharddrive hasn't been erased. For a while we will see the Old Energy Paradigmthoughtsbeingplayedoutintheworld.Insideofyouthough,youwillbeabletofeelanewstillness,thenewenergythatwearein.

Our tasknow is to unlearn the thought patterns ofwhat itmeant to beon theplanetintheOldEnergyParadigmandinviteincreativethoughtthatismoreinlinewith theNewEnergyParadigm.That ispartof thepurposeofCrystallineConsciousnessTechnique.

Childhood:OnewithNature

IgrewuponaguestranchinMontana.EverysummerIrodemyhorses,playedinthecreekandexistedinastateofonenesswiththeplanetandnaturespirits.Myability to readenergywasdeveloping frommyadventureswithhorses, astheyare innateenergy readers. I communicatedwith them in thiswaywithoutknowingthatthiswasanythingbutordinary.

Biologically horses are herd animals and so are humans. Since I spent everysummerwithhorses,Ilearnedtolistentothe“herd”whetherthatwashorsesorhumans.Theevolutionof thehorseherdarose fromsurvival andmosthuman

groupsbegantheirevolutionfromthatpointaswell.Humans,however,wentonto use group energy for other purposes such as socializing citizens andcontrollingthemasses.

Horsesonlyrejectotherhorsesiftheyhaven’tlearnedthebehaviorthatsupportssurvivalinwilderness.Unlikehorses,humansusefearofrejectiontocontrolandmanipulateothers to theirowndesiredendofpower.Theneed tobelong issostrongwithinallofusthatitcanbeusedtoforceustodothingsthatgoagainstourinnatewisdom.

In2004whenCCTarrived,Iintuitivelyknewthatitwasatoolthatwouldhelpcreate positive levels of group interaction and break the holds of power andmanipulation.

Ofcourse, as a child Ididn’tknowanyof this. Ionlyknew that summerwasheavenhangingoutwith thehorses andwinterwashell being in school.Truelearning is a form of transformation that promotes creative thinking. Mostschoolsareinthebusinessofsocializingstudentstobecomegoodcitizensandnotinpromotingcreativethought.Unlearningthatformofpseudo-learningcantakeawhile.Luckilyforme,schooldidn’tkillmynaturaljoyoflearning,butIseethisdamageinagreatmajorityofthepeoplewhocometotakeCCTclasses.

HorsescreateenergeticalignmentbetweenyourDivineSelfandtheplanetandbetween yourself and others. Alignment vertically and horizontally createsenergeticintegrity.ThiswassomethingIwasfierceaboutevenasayoungchild.Ifanadultabusedtheirauthorityorpowerandwasoutofenergeticintegrity,Iwouldchallengethemanddemandanapology.Noonewantedtotakethesideofachildagainstanadult.Questioningateacher’sauthoritywasnotdonesomostofmybattleswerelost.AsIlookbacknow,however,Irealizethatthoseabusersofauthorityneverdiditagain,atleastnotaroundme.

Duringthesummer,Iranfreewithverylittleparentalsupervision.Myparentswerethetreesandtherunningcreeks,themountaintopsandtheswoopingeaglesabovethecliffs.Oneofthemostimportantelementsinchildhoodisthehealthydevelopmentofthesenses.Myeyestookinthebeautyofthenaturallandscape.Myearsweresoothedbythesoundsofrushingwaterandwindinthetrees.Mynosefilledwiththescentofpineandsageinthesunshineoraspenafterarain.Iwalked barefoot when I wasn’t riding my horses, deeply connected with theplanetinallways.

Thisnaturalenvironmentcreatedawonderfulcontainerformysensestodevelopand eventually blossom into higher senses. Energy reading, intuition, innerknowingandclairaudiencewereabilitiesIwoulduseyearslaterwhenobservingandlearningaboutthenewcrystallinesystemthatdevelopedbecauseofCCT.

ThereisoneothergiftthatmychildhoodgiftedmethatbecameveryimportantwithCrystallineConsciousnessTechnique.TheguestranchwhereIlivedwasasmallcommunitythatcreateditsownentertainment.Afterdinnerwasthetimeofdancing, singingandplaying. I fully experienced the joyandconnectionofcommunitywhenhumanswerefocusedonplayanddelight.

Years later when I was involved with retreats for spiritual growth, I couldn’tunderstand why it was such hard work to be a connected, playful, joyfulcommunity.Havehumanslostthatabilitywiththeadvancesintechnology?Oristhere a belief that spiritual growth can’t be playful?Whatever the reason is, IdiscoveredthatCCThealsitandIonceagaingettoexperiencegroupsthatarefunanddelightfullyplayful.

Teens:BumpyRoadofKarma

Around theageof12, Istepped intomyownspiritualalignment.Moving intomy own spiritual alignment meant that my Nature-self moved more to thebackgroundwhilemy Spiritual-self came in. Inmy case, it came crashing in.Steppingintoone’sspiritualalignmentbringswithittheunresolvedkarmafrompastlifetimes.

We blame most of the wildness of the teen years on raging hormones, but Iwonder if it has a lotmore to dowith unresolved karma. Being anOld SoulmeantthatIhadanewtypeofpowerbutnoideahowtohandleit.Myabilitiesasanenergyhealerawakenedbuttherewasnoonearoundtomentormehowtousethem.

Strangethingshappened.Onceinabiologyclasswedissectedlivefrogs.Whileeveryoneelse’sfrogdiedinamatterof20or30secondsminedidnotdiefor3days. My teacher finally did something that snuffed out his life. A healer’senergyenhances the life inall living thingsandunfortunatelyformyfrog thatwasn’tagreatthing.(I’msorry,Froggy!)

Duringthistime,Iwasdeeplyunhappy.Mynaturalstateofjoyandconnection

with theplanetdisappeared. It seemed thatevery time I turnedaround Ihadaconflictwithsomeone.IlearnedthatIcouldblastsomeoneontoanotherplanetwiththepowerofangerfrommysolarplexus.

WhatIdidn’tknowwasthatangerisanaturalresponsewhenthere’saneedforenergeticprotection.Ididn’tneedtoblastitATanyone.Whensomeonewasoutofenergeticintegritywithme,Ionlyneededtheangerfirewalltobeprotected.BlastingothersmeantIlostmyownenergeticintegrity.ItwouldbeacoupleofdecadesbeforeIrecovereditagain.

I never felt liked I belonged. I partied with others in an alcoholic attempt toconnectanddrownout the innervoiceofunhappiness.Beinganenergyhealerandenergeticallysensitivewasnotagoodmixwithalcohol.IyearnedforthingsIdidn’tevenknowhowtovoice.

ItwasonlyafterIstartedworkingwithCCT,decadeslater,thatIfinallyfoundmy inner sense of belonging,my acceptance ofmy spiritual gifts, and a newsenseofsoul’sworth.

20s:RememberingMyEnergeticSelf

Drawnbypastlifememories,IbeganspendingwintersinMexicoinmy20s.Ieventuallymarriednotoncebut twice toMexicanmen. I learnedSpanish andranagiftshopthatallowedmetotravelalloverMexico.IwasalwaysdrawntotheindigenouspeoplesofMexicowhomadetheirbeautifulcraftsinthetraditionoftheirancestors.Ibeganawakeningtomyspirituality,whichwasnotfromanytraditionalreligionbutfromsomedeepknowingwithinme.

AcoupleofyearsafterIgotmarriedinthe1970s,Iwentthroughaveryrocky,emotionaltime.SomefriendswhowerefundamentalistChristians,begantellingmeabouttheendtimesaccordingtotheBible.Itwasn’tjustthefundamentalistChristianswhowerefocusingonapocalypse.TheNewAgecommunityalsohadtheirpropheciesabouttheworldendingin2012.

Withthatasapossiblefuture,Icouldn’tfigureoutwhatthepurposeofeachdaywas.Whybotherhavingchildren,buildabusinessorgrowinanyway,ifitwasallgoingtocometosomegruesomeend?WhenCCTarrived,thosefearsaboutaplanetaryendingwentawayforgood.

Beforethathappened,though,Ihadtofindawaytobeatpeacewithmyfearsandunhappiness.Onedayindespair,Isatdowninmylivingroomandwentintoa deep meditative prayer asking for help and guidance. Suddenly, a palpablewaveofenergyflowedoverme.Itsoothedandcalmedmeandbroughtinstantinnerpeace.IhadreconnectedtomyGuides,althoughIdidn’tthinkofthemasguides justyet. Iknew, though, Iwasn’t aloneand that Iwasbeing supportedandguidedinmylife.

AfterthatexperienceIbeganopeningtoandrememberingmySelfasaspiritual,energeticbeinghavingahumanexperience.Thatmomentisthereforeveryone.It’scalledawakening.

30s:RightPath

Attheendofmy20s,Ileftmyfirstmarriage.Ifeltapulltowardadifferentlife.LaterIwouldcometounderstandthistimeinmylifeasaclassicSaturnReturn.

Saturn takes around 29 years to travel around the sun. It’s the planet that isinvolvedwithyourkarmaorunresolvedexperiences fromaformer lifetime. Italsoalignsyoutoyoursoul’spurposeinthislifetime.

ThefirstSaturnReturnoccursbetweentheagesof27and30.Ifyouaren’tonthe right path forwhat your soulwants to do here on planet Earth, your soulpicksyouupandmovesyoutoadifferentpath.Suddenness is thekeyqualityhere.Suddendivorceormarriage,movingtoanewplacetolive,orleavingorfinding a new job or career in the late 20s are all part of a “normal” SaturnReturn.It’salsoanexampleofinvolution.

It’sdifficultleavingyourentirelifeasyouknowitwhenyoudon’tknowwhat’sreplacing it. Therewas some inner drivewithinme, however, thatmovedmeforward,eventhoughitwasextremelyhardonmydaughter,myex-husband,myparents and family. This conflict of my happiness versus someone else’shappiness was really a conflict of the individual’s need to grow versus thegroup’sneedforstability.Thiswasaninnertensionthatplayedoutmanytimesinmylifeandwouldn’tresolveuntilafterthearrivalofCCT.

Frommyend,IonlyknewthatsomethingwaspullingandpushingmetowardadestinythatIdidn’tconsciouslyunderstand,butthatIcouldn’tandwouldn’tsay“no”toiteither.IhadaninnerknowingthatIwouldbebringingsomethingnew

ontotheplanet,butnoonearoundmeeverindicatedthattheysawthisinme.Infact,Ifeltinvisiblemostofthetime.

Eventually,Idecidedeveryonemusthavethatsameinnersenseofuniqueness.Aren’tweall individualexpressionsof theDivine?Istill lookfor this truthoruniquenesswithineveryonewhenIworkwiththem.Nowit’scalledlifeorsoulpurpose,butinmy30sIonlyknewitbyaninnersense.

Idecided togoback toschool. Ihadno ideawhat Iwanted tostudybut IdidknowwhatqualitiesIwantedinmynewvocation.Iwantedsomewaytobeofservice,avocation thatwouldallowme to learnandgrowmywhole life, andsomethingthatwouldallowmefreedomofmobility.

Ibegantoaskdifferentpeoplewhattheirjoborvocationwasandwhattheyhadstudied toget that job.Thisactually turnedout tobeabrilliantplanofaction.ThefirstthingIdiscoveredwasfewpeopleusedthecareertheygotadegreein,otherthandoctors,teachers,scientistsandlawyers.

Thatwasaneyeopener.Itmeantthatacollegeeducationwasjustadoorwayforajob.Whoeverhiredyouthenwouldtrainyou.Inmymind,iftheendresultwasajobthatdidtheactualtraining,whynotstartthereinsteadofarandomcollegedegree?Cheaperandquickerthanthetraditionalroute, itseemedtome.Ikeptponderingthatwhilecontinuingtoaskmyquestionstomorepeople.

OnedayIreceivedmyfirstmassage.Iwasfascinatedwithmybody’sresponsetoit.Ihadn’trealizedhowmuchstressandtensionIcarriedinmybodyuntilIexperiencedtheprofoundrelaxationandwell-beingthatamassageprovides.

After I started regularly getting massage therapy, I did my normal routine ofaskingmymassage therapistwhere she trainedandwhat thatwas like.Tomyutter surprise she described her training in exactly the same words I used todefinewhatIwaslookingfor—service,growth,andmobilityorfreedom.ItwasasignfromtheUniverseandIwaspayingattention.

My therapist had an extensive library about the healing arts and I spent asummerreadingeverythingshehad.Iwasimmediatelydrawntoenergyhealing.I researchedaschool thathadbothamassage therapyprogramcombinedwithenergy healing modalities and enrolled. That heart-opening year in massageschoolwasthebeginningoffindingmyrightpathandlifepurpose.

Nothinginmylifehadgivenmecluesthatthiswasgoingtobemyvocation.UpuntilthenIhadworkedonmyfamily’sguestranch,ranahuntinglodgewithmyfirsthusband,thenbegansellingrealestateaftermydivorce.Ialsohadtriedmyhand at being a Shaklee distributor, making and selling leather clothing, andrunningagiftshop.MynicknameinMexicowas“womanof100businesses.”

Howdid I know to studymassage therapy or find a school thatwas teachingenergy healing? Somewhere within me was a GPS coordinate.When I askedquestionsandwasopentotheanswers,IreceivedeitheraconfirmationfromtheUniverseorfromsomewheredeepinmybody.IstillusethissystemtodaytogetguidanceandtouncoverwhatIalreadyknowonanenergeticlevel.

My30swereatimeofjoyanddiscovery,thehallmarkofthefirstphaseofthelaw of transformation. Because I didn’t understand or know the law oftransformation, I wasn’t prepared for the chaotic decade that followed. Myresistanceanddefendedandstubbornstancealongwithmisunderstandingwhatchaosreallymeantlengthenedthisperiodoftimeforme.NotuntilCCTarrivedcouldIputitallinrightperspectiveandunderstanding.

40s:StalkingPower

Aftermassageschool,Icontinuedtostudyenergyhealingandbegantoworkinthe healing arts. For a while I offered massage therapy and snuck in energyhealingwhenIcould.EventuallyImadethestatementinmysmallcommunitythat I would just be offering energy healing. That felt bold and scary.Wouldanyonewanttoworkwithmeanymore?Luckilyformeitturnsouttheydid.

Ihadhitonanotherimportanttenantwhenlivingfrommysoulpurpose.Besidesidentifyingthequalitiesversustheform,askingquestionsandbeingopentotheanswers, and trusting my inner GPS system, I learned the importance ofreinventingmyself every so often. I later called this very successful approach“nichingmyself.”Inthemiddleofmychaosdecade,however,Iwasnotfeelingverysuccessfulaboutanything.

What I knew about energy healing before CCT, is that the level of spiritualpowerthatthehealerholdsiswhatmakesagreathealer.Asshamanswouldsay—Ibegan tostalkpower. Idid thisbyenteringa timeof intensepersonalandspiritual growth. Meditation, shamanic ceremonies, Reiki, Karuna Reiki,ElectromagneticFieldBalancingandotherenergyhealingtechniquesopenedme

tohigherlevelsofmyinnatespiritualpower.Unfortunately,Ididitinawaythatwasforcedandnotinrighttiming.Consequently,itwasveryuncomfortableforothersaroundmeaswellasmyself.

During that time, personal tragedies and challenges abounded. From financialcollapse,tofamilytrauma,toourhouseburningdown,eventaftereventseemedtobeopeningme to somegreater levelof rememberingand spiritualpower. Iwas joyful with my vocation but miserable in every other area of my life. Itseemedthateveryonewasbenefitingfrommyhealingworkexceptme.

Thisformofspiritualawakeningandexpansionhasbeenthetraditionalwayforages.Whenonedoesn’thavea teacherorcommunity inwhich tobe initiated,theUniversebecomestheteacher.

SincethearrivalofCCT,Iquitforcingmyspiritualgrowth.ThelessensfromtheUniversehavebeeninrighttiming,promotinggraceandease.Iwasabletoquitcreating negative karma from forcing by being in alignment with the threephasesofthelawoftransformation.BeforeCCT,though,Itookforcing,pushingandstrivingtoanewlevel.

Inthelate1990s,IvisitedanevolutionaryastrologerwhoexcitedlytoldmethatIwas bringing in something new to the planet. I nearly dropped offmy chairwhen she said that. I had long before decided that my own inner sense ofbringingsomethingnewtotheplanetwasjustamisperceptiononmypart.

Unfortunately,herwordsdidn’tignitemyspiritualSelf,butinsteadmyego.Likeahorserunningawayandnotrespondingtoanydirectionfromitsrider,myegogalloped off with me. Out of timing again, I tried to force in whatever thissomethingnewwas.

Iforcedandforcedandforced,untilIalmostdied.

Slightlymorehumbleafterthatexperience,Idecidedtosurrendertheneedandwant to bring in something new. If I didn’t bring in something new in thislifetime, I decided, Iwas finewithwhat Iwas doingwithmy healing gifts. Iwould just continue to grow and unfold. Eventually some day, in this life oranother, the “something new” would arrive. The act of surrendering becameanothertoolinthetoolboxofmysoulpurpose.Surrenderingacceleratedanewlevelofbeing,whichthewillandforceofmyegocouldn’t.

SinceCCThasarrived,thischallengeofhavingavisionthentryingtoforceitinhas disappeared. Now when I have a vision, I know it’s time to create theenergetic framework for it. Before energy can become form, it must have anenergeticblueprinttoworkwith.Iftheblueprintisn’tinplace,thenouractionsmustcreateone.Justliketryingtobuildahousewithoutblueprintsandmakingmistakes that have to be rebuilt, creating anything in this world without theenergeticblueprintisarduousandheartbreaking.Manypeoplegiveupontheirdreams because they don’tmake it through this process.WithCCT tools andtechniques,practitionerscreatetheenergeticblueprintfirst.

50s:SteppingintoDestiny

Onemonthaftersurrenderingmyego’sdesiretobringinsomethingnew,Ihadavision.

Inmyvision, a huge columnof light cameonto the planet.Up and down thecolumnweregroupsofbeingshelpingtoanchoritin.Ididn’thearthequestionbut I heard my Self respond, “Yes! I will help anchor in this Light onto theplanet.”

I didn’t wait for further instructions. I enthusiastically created a school forpersonalandspiritualgrowthbuiltarounddifferenthealingmodalities.Iinviteda groupof friends to joinme as teachers including a shaman, an astrologer, aconflict resolutionmediator,Reiki andKarunaReikiMasters, andmore.Theywereallexcitedabouttheidea,yetmanyhadnoadviceorinput.Theonesthatdidofferclassesdidn’thavemanystudentsshowup.

One aspect that was working initially was the week long, personal growthretreats that were required as part of the program. Using themes such asdreamingorsoundvibrationwewouldgatherforaweekandfocusongrowingpersonallyandspiritually.

Our time together always followed a certain pattern. The energy of the groupwouldbegintorise,thenhitawallaroundthethirddayandfallapartinconflictfor a day or two. Finally, on the last day of the retreat after we had workedthroughallthechaoswewouldarriveatanewlevelofexpansion.

Everyone seemedhappywith that result, but I always felt that somethingwasmissing.Ididn’tconsciouslyunderstandthatwewerealmostfollowingthethree

phasesofthelawoftransformation.Energetically,however,Ifelt“off.”LaterIknewthatmysenseofsomethingmissingwasanchoring in the transformationsothatitdidn’tdisappearonceeveryonewentbackhome.

What I did discover during the retreats was the process of learning byexperience, then using psychic hindsight to figure out what was reallyhappening. This process became one of the ways I would later explore whatCCTwasallabout.

Meanwhile,becauseweweren’t trulyfollowingthethreephasesoftheLawofTransformation,Ibegantofeelphysicallyandenergeticallyexhausted.Itturnedout that spiritually awakened people had just as many issues with energeticintegrityasdidunconsciouspeople. In fact itwasworse.Spirituallyawakenedpeopleheldalotofpowerandtheycouldreallyslamothersenergeticallywhenthreatened or unhappy. It turned out resistance to change, transformation,learningandgrowingwerejustaschallengingforspirituallyawakenedpeopleasthosewhowereunawakened.

Aftertwoyearsofdealingwithresistance,Iwasreadytocall“Uncle!”IhadonelastReikiclass toco-teachinthespringof2004andthenIwasdonewithmyhealingartsschool.

InFebruaryofthatyear,Iwokefromadeepsleepwithmyguides’wordsinmyhead.Iwasaskedtogettogetherwithmyfriendandfellowmetaphysician,LexiSundell, to meditate. I wasn’t sure why we needed to meditate and thoughtperhapswewere going to receive information about theReiki class inMarchthatwewereco-teaching.LittledidIknowthatthe“bringingsomethingnewtotheplanet”momenthadfinallyarrived

TheprotocolthatarrivedinameditationandthatbecameknownasCrystallineConsciousness Technique was the answer to all the challenges I had beenexperiencing in my life. From my disconnection from Nature, to gettingcomfortablewithmy spiritual gifts, to expressingmy soul purpose, to dealingwithconflict, tolowerlevelsofgroupexpressionandresistancetogrowth,mysolutionshadarrived.

Most importantly I finallyhad the answerofhow to anchor in that columnofLightIsawinmyvision.

TheDawningoftheCrystallineSystem

Before I talk about the operating system or protocol called CrystallineConsciousness Technique that works with the crystalline system, I want toexplainmoreaboutwhatthecrystallinesystemis.

Takeamomentbeforedivinginandimagineyouareonaflightofstairs.Inthefirst chapter of this book youwent up three stairs. In the second chapter youwentbackdownone (butdidn’tnoticebecauseyouweresoentertainedby thestory ofmy life). To fully comprehend this chapter, you need towalk up threemore stairs. Just imagine yourself doing that now. If this seems pointless, goahead and read the chapter without the visualization. Then come back and

reread it after you visualize the up and down stair climbing. Notice anydifference? You are raising your vibration to better understand the followinginformation.

Themostimportantfunctionforvitalwell-beinginorganismsiscommunication—from cell to cell, organ to organ and system to system. A biologicalinformation system has various components or organs and must be able toassimilateincominginformationaswellascommunicatetoothersystemsinthebody. Every organ system can do this, but there is always one that is the“president” of all the systems and which our highest level of consciousnessarisesfrom.

There have been different information systems acting as “president” over thecourse of human evolution.The current onemost of us are using and leavingbehind is the central nervous system. Up until now all of our informationsystems have been electromagnetically based. Before I discuss the newcrystallineinformationsystem,Iwanttoexplainwhyourelectromagneticnatureisn’tenoughanymore.

YouAreanElectromagneticBeing

Youareelectromagneticbecause theplanet isanelectromagneticplanet.Earthhasleylinesandgravity,bothphenomenaofmagnetics.Thesun,solarsystem,andgalaxyprovidelightorelectricenergy.Youassimilatetheseenergieseveryday.

Besides our energy anatomy,many people tend to think of energy as just theabilitytocarryonlife’sfunctions.It’smorethanthat, though.Energyisalsoacurrentorflowthatcarriesinformationthroughoutallofoursystems.Yourbodymust translate the information encapsulated in energy and inform all of thesystems of the body. Ideally this results in greater order and organization, thehallmarkofvitalwell-being.Communicationbetweenallsystemsandtheabilitytoorganizethisinformationinhigherlevelsoforder,then,isacrucialtaskforahealthy organism. It is also is the mechanism for transformation ofconsciousness.

The central nervous system, themost recent “president” of all the systems, isintimatelytiedintotheelectromagneticsystem.Itsjobistodeliverinformationvianeuralimpulsesthroughthenerves.

Ourworld is accelerating in the amount of energetic information that is beingsharedbetweenallofus,humantohumanaswellasbetweenourbiologyandtheplanet, thesolarsystemandourgalaxy.Wehave reached the tippingpointforwhattheelectromagneticandnervoussystemscanhold,assimilateandshare.The breaking down of the nervous systems is showing up now as chronicillnessesinmanypeople.

Having your electromagnetic field or the central nervous system becomeoverwhelmedistheequivalenttoplugginga110vapplianceintoa220vsocket.You short out. Recovery is painful and long. Many of the Eastern energymodalities such as Chi Kung or Yoga are designed to build up the centralnervous system of the body so that it can hold more energy. These are timeconsuming practices, however, that don’t keep up with the current level ofenergyexchangetheentireplanetisundergoing.

Humans need a new system that can process this large amount of energeticinformationquicklywithoutcrashingexistingsystems.Itmustbeabletoorderandorganizeitwithease,thenupdatealltheoldsystemsinthebodyefficientlyandquickly.

EnterTheCrystallineSystem

Thecrystallinesystemwas“live”inafewpeoplewhowerebornduringthepast50or60years,but thenrapidly increasedin those thatwerebornin the1980sand 1990s. By the 2000s all children arrived with the crystalline systemactivated.KnownastheIndigos,Rainbow,CrystallineorStarChildren,theydonotoperatethesameaspeoplewithoutactivatedcrystallinesystems.

You can also develop a crystalline system through resonation.Our bodies arebuilttonoticethedifferenceinothersandwillnaturallyentraintothem.Manyparentsandotheradultswhoworkwiththenewchildrenhavebeendevelopingcrystallinesystems,althoughtheydon’tnecessarilyrecognizethisorknowwhattodowith them.Justbringingyourawareness to thecrystallinesystem in thisbookcanbegintheawakeningprocess,aswell.

Life with an activated crystalline system feels very different than theelectromagneticsystem.TothisdayIcan’tfullyexplainthisdifference.MybestshotofexplainingitisthatwhenItuneintoitIfeellightness,joyandhappiness.I energetically communicate differently with those who have a crystallinesystem,aswell.It’sabitliketelepathy,onlyonsteroids,becauseentireblocksofinformationcanbesharedinashortnanosecond.

One child that Iwasworkingwithwas learning how to ride horses. Shewasstruggling with what to do with her legs. I “showed” her via her crystallinesystem,andwithinafewminutesshewentfromabeginnertointermediateriderwithanewlevelofconfidenceonlyfoundinadvancedriders.

Formyselfasanenergeticallysensitiveperson,mycrystallinesystemallowsmetothriveinamodernworldthatistooloud,brightandharsh,insteadofshuttingdownandretreating.

Agoodmetaphorexplainingthisdifferenceistheabilitytocommunicatealmostinstantly with anyone on the planet via a social platform like Facebook orTwitter, versuswriting a letter and sending it through the postal service. Thismetaphorisnotperfectbecausesomeofyoureadersmaynothaveusedaglobalsocial platform before, while others of you have never handwritten a letterbefore.Ifyouhaven’ttriedasocialplatform,it’shardtounderstandtheamazingspeed,efficiencyandmiracleofbeingable toconnect toanyoneon theplanetinstantaneously.Ifyou’veneverhandwrittenaletterbefore,it’shardtoimaginepeoplestillchoosetodothis.

Thisisthechallengethatariseswhentryingtoexplaintopeoplewhytheymightwanttohaveoruseacrystallinesystem.Untilthey’veexperiencedwhatitisliketo have and navigate through the world with it, they can’t imagine why they

mightneedit.

What is the crystalline system exactly? Is it something subtle like chakras ormoreconcretelikealiveroraheart?Itturnsoutitsboth.

TheThreeComponentsoftheCrystallineSystem

The“organs”ofthecrystallinesystemaretheelementofwaterinthebody,theconnectivetissueandmineralorcellsalts.Liketwooxygenmoleculesandonehydrogenmoleculebondingtomakewater,thesethreecomponentsbecomethecrystallinesystemwhenactivated.

Eachof the threecomponentsof thecrystallinesystem is fascinatingby itself.Similartoourplanetweconsistof70-80%water.Waterthatbecomesorderediscalledliquidcrystal.Ofthemanyfascinatingqualitiesofwater,perhapsoneofthemost intriguingones is itsability to transmit light.Dr.MaeWanHoof theAssociationforScienceinSociety,believesthatlightpluswateristhebasisofalllife.

Without the risk of annihilating ourselves, we cannot be a species that overconsumesitsbio-geophysicalpartneranylonger.Imaginetheimplicationstoourplanetifourbodiesonlyneededlightandorderedwatertosustainlife.Althoughitmaytakeawhile toevolveto thispoint, Ibelievethat this is justoneof thebenefitsofdevelopingacrystallinesystem.

Oneoftheimmediateadvantagesoforderedorliquidcrystalwaterisitsabilityto absorb a great deal of energywithout overheating.Our planet is absorbingtremendousamountsofenergyfromthesunandthecenterofthegalaxyatthistime.Withthemeltingoftheicereserves,itisabletoabsorbthisenergywithoutmovingoutofthetemperaturerangethatsupportsalllife.

Unfortunately, we don’t have options such as melting the ice within us. Byordering ourwater into liquid crystals,we can not onlymore effectively dealwith the onslaught of energy from theUniverse,we can alsomore effectivelydealwiththeonslaughtofenergyinformationcreatedbythetechnologythatweuse.

Whatorderswater?OneofthemostbeautifulexperimentsaboutwaterthathasemergedinthepastdecadeisDr.MasaruEmoto’swork.Heinfusedwaterwith

words,sounds,picturesorthoughts,thenfrozethewaterandtookpicturesofit.Beautiful crystalline shapes emerged depending on what element was infusedinto the water. Certain words such as “I hate you” and heavy metal music,conversely, left the water without any crystalline shape. Dr. Emoto has sinceconcludedthatifwatercannotholdacrystallineshape,itcannotsupportlife.

Whatmusic,photos,wordsandthoughtsallhaveincommonisvibration.Highvibrational words such as “love” or “gratitude” enhance life within us as itorders our water element into beautiful crystals. CCT is a high vibrationalmodalitythatspecificallyaddressesthisqualityofwater.

Asecondelementofthecrystallinesystemisconnectivetissue,anorganofthebodythatisonematrixfromthemolecularlevel,totheinsidesofthecells,totheoutsideofthecellswithintheorgans,aroundtheorgansandthentheentirebody.Ifyoutookouteverythingwithinyoubuttheconnectivetissue,youwouldhavetheentireshapeofyourbodystillintact.

Connective tissue is made of filaments, tubes and fibers creating a tensegrityunit. It separates asmuch as it connects.Our organs need to be able toworkseparatelyintheirownrhythmsaswellasharmonizewiththewholebody.Theconnectivetissueorfasciaofthebodydoesabeautifuljobofthis.Waterlyingonthesurfaceofconnectivetissueenhancesthecurrentelectromagneticmethodofcommunicationthroughoutthebody.Thatwaterandconnectivetissuealreadyhave this type of collaborative relationship is helpful in the leap to creating acrystallinesystem.

Thethirdcomponentofthecrystallinesystem,mineralsalts,areminuteamountsofinorganicmaterialthatthebodyneedstodoitschemicalwork.Amongotherthings, they help thewater element becomemore conducive to the transfer ofelectromagneticinformation.

There are 12 basic mineral salts that are important for basic functions in thebody.Of those,5 are especially important for the crystalline system.TheyarePotassium Chloride, Potassium Sulphate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sulphate,and Calcium Sulphate. As more people begin the shift into their crystallinesystem, these mineral salts will help release trauma from the cells that slowdowntheprocess.

Whetheryoudevelopacrystallinesystemfromevolution,involution,activation,

resonationorentrainment,Ibelieveitwillbeoneofthemostexcitingmomentsoftransformationinyourlife.

FromCrystallineSystemtoCrystallineConsciousness

Onceyourcrystallinesystemisactivated,youcanbegintodevelopCrystallineconsciousness,alevelofenlightenment.Youcanshowupintheworldwithnewinsightsandsolutionsformanyofthecurrentplanetarychallengesthatweface.

One of the most beloved teachers about different states of consciousness isDeepakChopra.InhisexcellentarticleHigherStatesofConsciousness(AllianceforaNewHumanity),Chopraexplainsthesignificanceofdevelopingnewlevelsofconsciousness.Thebrainfunctionsdifferentlyineachlevel.Justlikemovingto a higher level on a video game and unlocking new levels of power, higherlevelsofconsciousnessgiveusmorepowerandaccesstospiritualgiftssuchashealing,psychicabilitiesandmore.

To fully understand how higher levels of consciousness develop is to betterunderstandtheinterrelationshipbetweenenergyandconsciousness.

We are fundamentally all energy. And yes, we are also fundamentally allconsciousness as well, but I’ll get to that in a moment. Travel deep into themicrocosmofyourbeing frombody toorgans to cells tomolecules to atomicparticles to quantum states and there you’ll find pure energy. Reverse yourjourneyandtraveltothemacrocosmofyourselfandyou’lldiscoverbody,thenchakras,thenmeridians,thensubtleenergybodies,thenelectromagneticfields,then sacred geometry, then grids, then pure energy in the form of light andsound.

From organized energy arises consciousness, a fascinating topic of study andwellstudiedbytheancientscienceofVedantainIndia.Consciousnessiswhenenergy is self-aware. Awakened consciousness is when the primaryconsciousnessofapersonshiftsfrombeingpurelybiologicaltohavingasenseof“beforethisbody”and“afterthisbody.”

Energyandconsciousnessarenonlocal,meaningtheyaren’tattachedtotimeorform.

Trythisexperiment.Imaginethataboveyourheadabout8-12inchesisapoint

of energy called themind’s eye.Thismind’s eye canmovearoundwith intent.Imaginesomeone in frontofyou.Move thepointofyourmind’seyewithyourimaginationaboveandbehindhimorher.Canyou“see”orsensethebackoftheirhead?Whataretheylookingat?What’stheirpointofviewabouttheirjob?Their relationships? Just allow in any energetic sensations without having tonamethem.Bringyourmind’seyebackaboveyourownhead.Nowasyoulookatthatpersondoyousenseabetterunderstandingofwhotheyare?

ThisiswhatImeanbyconsciousnessbeingnonlocal.

Buddhistsandotheresotericstudieshavemappedoutawakenedconsciousnessasitarisesfromourelectromagneticnature.TherearelevelscalledSoul,Unity,DivineandCosmic.Aneasywaytothinkofthesedifferentlevelsandwhattheymean is the view fromdifferent places on amountain.The higher up yougo,your view or understanding of the true nature of the world increases. In theworldof consciousness, ahigher level is achievedby the increaseof coherentenergythroughouttheelectromagneticfield.

What’s interesting about Crystalline consciousness is that it leaps into a newparadigm.It’snotahigherorlowermodelofconsciousnesssuchasUnityandCosmic levels are. As mentioned before, the physical body can short outelectromagneticallywith toomuch energy in too short of a timespan.Becausethe crystalline system transfers energy simultaneously throughout the wholebody without using the nerves or electromagnetic system, the amplitude canincreasesignificantlywithoutthetraditionaldownsideornegativesideeffects.

How is Crystalline consciousness different from Unity or Cosmicconsciousness?Onebigdifferenceisthematteroftimeittakestodevelopthem.Crystalline consciousness holds some of the same potentials of Unityconsciousnesssuchasenlightenment,releaseofdualitythinking,andasenseofconnection with all life. It can be developed in less than a year, while Unityconsciousnessmaytakedecadesormoretodevelopbecauseofthelimitsoftheelectromagneticsystem.

Crystalline consciousness is designed for accelerated learning without thenormallevelsofresistancethataccompanyradicalchangeandtransformation.Inarapidlychangingworld,ourabilitytoadaptwithoutspinningoutorstompingonthebrakesisvitaltothriving.

Developing higher states of consciousness is not enough in our pursuit ofspiritualgrowth.Wealsoneedtobecomeenergeticallyalignedtotheplanetsothat we heal, transform and create collaboratively and positively with Earth.EntertheheartofCrystallineConsciousnessTechnique,alsoknownasthethreephasesofthelawoftransformation.

ThePhasesofTransformation

PhaseOne:Opening

MystoryintheearlydayswithCCTisaperfectexampleofthethreephasesofthe law of transformation. In Phase One there is a quickening, joy andexcitementthatisfelt...

As I sat and meditated in February, 2004 with my metaphysical friend LexiSundell,Ididnotrealizethatthemomentformetobringinsomethingnewhadarrived.Ijustshoweduptomeditateuponthesuggestionofmyguides.Thatisperhapsoneof themost importantattitudesanyofuscanhave—showupandchoosetobepresent.Thenthemiraclesbegin.

Aswemeditated, information began downloading through us both. Strangely,

neitheroneofus realized that thiswas thebeginningof somethingwondrous,amazing andnew.Whatwedid recognizewas that itwas themostwonderfulcreativeeventwehadeverexperienced.Itwasthemiracleofchildbirthwithoutthecontractions(thosecamelater).

Thenewenergyprotocolcame inwordsfirst.Asakinesthetic/auditorypersonthisdidn’tseemtostrangetome,butLexiishighlyvisualandevenshedidnotreceive any visuals during themeditation. It tookme years to understand thispieceofthepuzzleandhowitrelatedtotheemergingcrystallinesystem.Foruswecouldtrulysay,“Inthebeginningwastheword.”

Lexi and I tried out the energy technique on each other, anchoring in theinformation we’d received consciously through an embodied experience. Thiswould be standard procedure for us in the following year. Get intuitiveinformationaboutsomething,thentryitonourselves.Wewoulddoabeforeandafter comparison, using “psychic hindsight” to better understand what hadhappened. Themore we did this, themore we transformed ourselves and thebetterweunderstoodwhatwewereworkingwith.

Although we had a lot to learn about the new technique, I did have a deepknowing that itwasnotonly for individualsbutalso for the transformationofgroups.We immediately applied the 3 phases of the protocol to a communityexperiment.

Our small town inMontana, a state that has no sales tax,was deeply dividedover the issueofwhether to imposea townresort taxfor theseasonal tourists.OtherMontanantownsraisedmonieswithresorttaxesthatpaidfortheexpensesofcommunityinfrastructure.

Thosewhowereagainstaresortsalestax,whichincludedLexiandmyself,wereafraidthatitwouldchasetouristsawaytothenexttownthatdidn’thaveanytax.Asanartgalleryowner,Lexiwasparticularlyconcernedaboutthis.

AsLexiandIbeganexperimentingonhowtoworkwithagroupwithouttryingto control andmanipulate anoutcome,wegot to experience thebeautyof thenewenergytechnique.Watchingagrouptransformeasilyandrapidlywasveryexciting. Itwasvery important that throughoutour experimentwe, alongwiththerestofthetown,wereinthegroup.Itwasn’tan“usagainstthem”scenario,butjust“wethepeople.”

Workingwith the technique requires adding a conscious intent betweenPhaseTwo and Phase Three. This was challenging. We instinctively knew that theintenthadtobestatedinthepositivetocreateforwardmovementforthewholecommunity.Howwerewe,though,tocreateanintentionthatwasinclusiveforeveryone? Lexi intuited the intention, “Let truth be revealed so right actionfollows.”This intentiondeeply resonated for bothof us.After doing theCCTsession,webecameobserversintheprocessthatunfolded.

Some of the seemingly miraculous things that unfolded were the way peoplebegantoshowupina“standingroomonly”capacityatthetownhallmeetings.Thecommissionerswerenotpreparedfor thisresponse.Theykeptsayingtheyweren’treadytotalkabouttheresorttax.Peopleagainstthetaxresearchedwhathad happened to other businesses in towns with resort taxes and shared theinformation with everyone (it wasn’t positive). Enter the town lawyer. Heinformedthetowncouncilthattheirsecretprocessexploringtheresorttaxwasillegalandwouldhavetobethrownout.Eventuallywhenitdidcometoavote,thetownresoundinglyvoteditdown.

Ofcourse,wewereecstaticwiththeresults.Moreimportantlythantheoutcome,however,was the transformation that bothLexi and Iwent through ourselves.Wefeltanewsenseofempowermentaboutbeingingroups.Wealsohadanewsense of confidence about group processes and that when it unfolds withoutdistortion,manipulationorattemptedcontrolbyothers,therightdecisioncanbereached.Iftheoutcomehadbeeninfavorofaresorttax,LexiandIwouldhavebeenatpeacewiththedecisionbecauseofourowntransformationandtrustoftheprocess.

PhaseTwo:Chaos

In Phase Two, sacred geometric Healing Chambers are used to releasedistortion,andinnerandouterstructures,creatingareceptivefieldforplantingconsciousintent.Thisisaperiodknownaschaos.Weexperiencethisasatimeofconfusion,disorientationanddoubt,butitisalsoatimeofgreatcreativity...

Perhaps thegreatestmistake that Imade in thebeginningwasnot recognizingthat thiswas anew technique.Because Iwaspreparing to teach a class aboutReikienergyhealing,I thought itwasanewformofReiki.Iassumedthat thepeoplesignedupfor learningReikiwouldbeaswildlyexcitedas Iwas to trythisnewform,soIswitchedtheclassfromatraditionalReikitrainingtothenew

energytechnique.Withpsychichindsightthatwasnotsuchagreatidea.Ideeplyappreciatethatfirstgroupofstudentsforalltheirwillingnesstoshowup,butIwouldn’tdothattothemagain.

What seemed so easy before when Lexi and I worked with the technique,became extremely complicatedwhenwe tried to explain it. Each of the threephasesfeltlikeacompletelydifferentenergymodalityallbyitself.Whattook5or7minutestodo,tookhourstoexplain.

We were peppered with questions about the languaging. What were the“Chambers”inPhaseTwothatwekepttalkingabout?Weretheygunchambers?Gaschambers?Whatdidtheylooklike?Was“Opening,”asPhaseOneiscalled,referringtoopeninguptheelectromagneticfield?Whendiditgetclosed?Wherewere the crystals?Thequestion askedmost of allwas ”Whathappened to theReikiclassIsignedupfor?”

Atthetime,wewerecallingtheenergymodality“CrystallineReiki.”Someoneintheclassinformedusthatthatnamewasalreadyinuse.

Oops...ourbad.

Internally,Ihadmyownquestions.CouldIusethisenergymodalitywithotherhealingmodalities?Whatwouldhappenifsomeonedidn’tdoall3phasesbutjust one of them? Was I, a highly creative person who changed everything,capableofteachingamodalitythatmustneverchange?(Evidentlysomeoneintheheavenlyrealmsmusthavethoughtthatwashilarious!)

OtherquestionswithoutanswersthatIhadwereaboutperceivingthework.Asan energy reader, I couldn’t yet read the phases of this new work. I couldperceivethetransformationthatwastakingplaceforpeoplebuthowexactlywasthathappening?What systemof thebodywas itworkingwith?What formofhealing was it?Was it like Reiki that brought energy through the healer andgiven to thereceiver? (No).Didwe takeenergyaway likeshamans?(No)Didwebalancesomeformofenergychannelslikeacupunctureorpolarity?(No).

Withmanymorequestionsthananswers,wedecidedtoteachanotherclass,thistimeunder itsnewnameofCrystallineConsciousnessTechnique.That’swhenLexiandIwentintoourownintrapersonalchaos.

The second class was an even bigger confusion than the first.We hadn’t yet

recognizedthatwewereexperiencingexternallythesamephasesasthemodalityitself.Hence,thesecondclasswasthechaosclass.Inthefirstclasstherewastheexcitementaboutbeingpartofsomethingnew.Inthesecondclass,however,itfeltlikeweweretestedateverystepoftheway.Nowweworkwiththischaosphasewithout resistance knowing that itwill be followed by the 3rd phase ofmastery. Back in the early days, though, all of our resistancewould come upmakingthisphasemuchworsethenitreallywas.

Inour2ndclass,LexiandIhaddifferentteachingstylesthatdidnotmesh.Iwascalledabully.Lexiwascalledinept.Thephrase“It’saCCTopportunity!”wastrulyourwalkingmantra.Whenwefinallyrecognizedthatwe,ourselves,weremovingthroughthethreephasesofCCTweagreedwewouldteachatleastonemore class together so that we would end in the third or mastery phase.Weinnatelyknewnottoquitinthechaosphase.

PhaseThree:Mastery

PhaseThreeistheculminationoftransformation.Onepractitioner’sdescriptionof this phase was that it felt “smooth, like a hot fudge sundae.” Peace andserenityarethedominantqualitiesinthisphase.ThephrasethatresonatesbestformeaboutMasteryisthatIfeelIhavearrived.Whenyourinternalexperienceisperfectlymatchedbyyourexternalexpressionintheworld,youhavearrived.ThatisMastery.

Afterourthirdclass,LexiandIenteredanewworkingrelationship.Allofourquestionshadn’tfoundanswersyet,buttherewasdefinitelyanewlevelofhopeandmoreconfidenceinwhatwewereteachingandexperiencing.

One lovely miracle in Phase Three was when several people simultaneously“saw”thehealingchambers.ItturnedouttheHealingChambersusedinPhaseTwowerethefivesacredgeometricshapesknownthroughoutallcivilizationsasthe building blocks of form. When three people in a period of 24 hoursspontaneously received that information itwas incredibly validating.Wewereexperiencingsomethingnew,yetancientatthesametime.

TheLawofTransformation

IttookmealongtimetounderstandthatthethreephasesIwasusingandcallingCrystallineConsciousnessTechniquewereactuallypartsof theUniversalLaw

ofTransformation.Whetheryouareahuman,aplanetoragalaxyyouusethislawtoheal,manifestorcreate.

When nature evolves it begins with a quickening, an upward movement ofexcitementandasenseofsomethingnewabouttohappen.Thatisfollowedbyatime of erratic and chaotic energy, when the bonds of energy that connectsdifferentcomponentsbreakdown.Finallyeverythingreformsatanewleveloforderandorganizationwithahigherlevelofcoherenceandefficiencythantheonebefore.

Weworkwith these threephasesall the timeonly they’vebeenrunning in thebackgroundofourconsciousawareness.

Canyourememberatimewhenyouhadasuddenvisionoropeningoftheheartandexcitedlylaunchedintoanewendeavororrelationship?Thiswasinvariablyfollowed by a time of turmoil, a reversal of fortune, or sudden blocks andobstacles. Doubt, insecurity and confusion showed up about what you wereattempting.

At thispoint,youeitherabandonedtheproject,ordeepenedinyourresolve tokeepmoving forward. If itwas the latter, therewas apointwhenyoupoppedintoanewlevelofsmoothsailing,confidenceandsuccess.

Instories,thiscycleofthreephasesiscalledtheHero’sJourney.Somethingcallsorchallengestheherotostepoutofherroutineandbeginanadventureofsomesort.Nextallkindsofunexpectedchallengesarise.

Atthispoint,thereissoulsearchingthatoccurs.Doestheheroreallywantthisnewwayoflife?Isitworthittomoveforwardwithalloftheinherentriskoftheunknownoreasiertogobacktotheold,safeandfamiliarknownworld?

Like the operating systems of a computer thatwe never really perceive, thesethreephasesoftransformation,havebeenhereallalonginourlives.WhetheritistheevolutionoflifeonEarth,agalaxy,personalorspiritualgrowth,creation,evolutionorHero’sJourney,wecontinuetounfoldintheseenergies.

Thegift ofCCT is that it provides away to consciouslyworkwith andbe inalignmentwith the threephases. Itallowsus tofinallyembrace transformationwith an open heart and mind. If healing doesn’t also transform us, then wehaven’t fullyhealed. Ifwhencreatingormanifesting,wearen’t transformedin

the process, then what we create will be out of alignment with the planet.Working with transformation, our lives become the expression of our highestpotential andweno longer experience the separation fromourSelves that hasbecomeourdespair.

Opening,Chaos,Mastery

There is such joy when working with the three phases of transformation andmovingallthewaythroughtocompletion.

OpeningorPhaseOneinCCTisanopeningoftheheartandofconsciousness.Fight or flight is turned off and trust and readiness become the norm. In aphysicalsense,youshiftfromthereptilianoroldestpartofthebraintothemostevolvedpartofthebrain.Yougetbeyondthefearofsomethingnewandintotheexcitementofsomethingnew.

Chaos is the time of releasing outdated, old forms. It’s the emptying of theclosetssosomethingnewcanfitin.It’sthebondsofamoleculereleasingsoanewmoleculecanbeformed.Justassomepeoplelovethewildnessinastorm,theylovetheuntetheredfeelingofchaos.Otherswanttofindasaferefugeuntilchaospassesby.

Masteryisthenewlevelofform,ofexpression,ofbeing.It’sthecalmafterthestorm.It’stheresolutioninaconflictwhenbothpartiesfeellikethey’vewon.Itreplaces “this or that” with “this and that.” It’s the culmination of the act oftransformation. Thosewhogiveup inchaosandhave to startoveratgroundzeroevery time,learn how to build on their prior successes. Alternatively, those who enjoystaying in chaos or creating chaos around them, release the “out of control”feelingandbegintofeelinsyncwithforwardmovement.

SacredGeometryandLifeForceFrequencies

Thephotosineachchapterarealldifferentsacredgeometryshapes.PhaseTwoof theCrystallineConsciousness protocolworkswith these shapes butwith aslight difference...they are chargedwith life force frequencies specific for thecrystallinesystem.

Sacred Geometry, also called Platonic Solids, has been referenced in ancientculturesallovertheworld.Thefivemainshapesarethebuildingblocksoflifeand somehow ancient civilizations knew about them. Because of their uniqueproperties, sacred geometry has been used in the healing arts,music, art, andesotericormetaphysicalstudies.

Eachofthefivesacredgeometryshapesisassociatedwithoneoftheelements.Theseareearth,air,water,fire,andether.Theshapesarecomprisedofsquares,equilateraltrianglesorpentagonsandhave4,6,8,12or20sides.Everysideineachsacredgeometryshapemeasuresthesametoeveryothersideinthatshapeasdothedegreeofanglescreatedbythelinesandsides.

Theanglesandsidesareallbuiltonthegoldenratio,whichinitselfispartofthe

buildingblocksoflifeincludingourDNA.OnefascinatingexperimentdonebyManfred Clynes, anAustralian pianist, scientist and inventor, was tomap thefeelingofloveintoaratio.Hedidthisbyhavingaspringattachedtoaperson’sfinger that was attached to a graph-making device similar to a lie detector’sequipment. He asked the experimenters to tune into the feeling of love. Nomatter where in the world he did this experiment, the feeling of love alwaystranslatedintothegoldenratio.(Theratiowasmeasuringpressuretoduration).Anything, then, thathasthegoldenratiobuilt intoit,suchasourDNA,is inafieldoflove.Workingwithsacredgeometryinonesenseisworkingwithlove.

Why are sacredgeometry shapes,which are extremelyordered, used inPhaseTwowhichisassociatedwithchaos?Chaosisaboutreleasingthebondsofoldform.Justashydrogenandoxygenmoleculesneedtoreleasetheirbondsfromothermoleculesbefore they reformaswater, certainelements inyour lifewillrelease and reform when you are healing or manifesting. Sacred geometryensuresthatdistortioninanexistingformisreleasedandthatthereorderingisatahigherleveloforderandorganizationthanbefore.

IntheearlymonthsofCCT,LexiandIdidn’tknowthatwewereworkingwithsacredgeometryshapes.Allwereceivedduringthemeditationwerefivewords.Weexperiencedthemenergeticallyfirst todeterminewhat theirqualitieswere.Oncetheinformationcamein that theHealingChambers(as thefivewordsinPhase2werecalled)werealso the fivesacredgeometryshapes,wecomparedour experiential information with the sacred geometry information.We foundthatwewereextremelyaccurateinourrecordedobservations.

ItwasyearsbeforeIunderstoodwhytheprotocolcameinthisway.Whynotjustshow us from the beginning the sacred geometry shapes? Sacred geometry isembedded in our memory from the past 26,000 years or what I call the OldEnergyParadigm.Becauseofthewaythebrainisbuilt,itwouldhavenaturallyretrievedthisinformationthatisbasedontheelectromagnetichuman.ForsacredgeometrytoapplytotheNewEnergyParadigmthatwearemovingintoandforthecrystallinehuman,itneedednewvibrationalfrequencies.

Let’s explore the CCT version of Sacred Geometry in more depth. In thefollowing the name thatwe received is first, followed by its sacred geometrynameandelement.

Empowerment|Cube:ElementofEarth

Mypreconceived idea about empowermentwas likeClarkKent changing intohis Superman costume. Ta da! I wanted to feel ready to stop speeding trains,bullets and leap over tall buildings. Instead what I felt was a sense ofhomecoming.WiththisHealingChambermyconsciousmindconnectedtomyDNA that holds all the codes of my being. It felt extremely grounding andbalancingtobeinthisHealingChamber.Empowermenttookonanewmeaningfor me as I realized that being strongly grounded to Earth along withrememberingwhoIamwasmysourceofpower.

Thecubewithitssquaresidesreflectsthenumber4,thenumberofchambersinyourheart,bodylimbs,seasons,elementsanddirections.Thisnumberisknownfor balance and stability, a hallmark of vital well-being. The body mustconstantlybalancebetweengrowthandhomeostasisandbetweenmovementandstillness.Balance,whichisn’tconsideredverysexywhenitcomestohealing,isallyouneedtostayhealthywithyourinnerecosystemofmicrobes.

CrystallineEmotion|Icosahedron:ElementofWater

My initial experience with this Healing Chamber was one of the coolingsensationofdrinkingwaterinitsmostsublimestate.Shortlyafterworkingwithit, I had a dreamwhere Iwas looking into a stream that hadwater so clear Icould see the rocks at the bottom of the streambed. Light interactedwith thesurface. Iwas enchantedwith themovement and interplay ofwater and light.CrystallineEmotion, then, iswhenouremotionalbodies reflect theclarityandlightofoursouls,thewellspringwithinusofdelightandjoy.

Emotionsaremessengersofourenergeticnature.Theyareonewayourbodiesinterpretandcommunicatetouswhatisgoingonaroundus.Anger,forexampleisanindicatorthatsomeonehasbreachedourenergeticintegrityandwehavetheneedforafirewallofprotection.Biological levelemotionssuchasfear,anger,and sadness are important messengers at a survival level. Living solely insurvival, though, can become a lonely and despairing place as those sameemotionsdisconnectus fromour surroundings and fromothers.Spiritual levelemotions,whichCrystallineEmotionpromotes,areabout thrivingemotionally,mentallyandspiritually.Weseeandknowthebeautyof lifeforwhat it is, thevisualexpressionoflove.

Thissacredgeometryshapeworkswiththebasicshapeofthe3-sidedtriangle.Three represents trinity, the three universal phases of transformation, and thecomponent that brings forward movement to the push-pull, back and forthqualityof2,thenumberofduality.Thetriangleisthemostusedshapeinnature.Theverybeautifulandcrystallineshapeoftheicosahedronhas20sidestoit.

Healing Chamber. Until I started working with it, my life was haphazard, aconstant series of train wrecks, and stress. With Multi-Dimensional Time, Idiscoveredthetruemeaningoftheclichè,“It’sallaboutthetiming.”Untilyouhave right timing, though, you will not be able to understand why youcontinuallymissopportunities,seemtohitbrickwalls,areslowtohealandlivechronicallystressed.

We live inmany cycles and rhythms, big and small.Our bodymonitors themfrom the short rhythm of day and night, to the monthly moon cycles, theseasonal cycles, the longer planetary cycles, and even galactic cycles that areheldinthehumancollectivefield.

Within us are the rhythms of breath, heart and blood, craniosacral fluid,digestionandelimination.Asimpleexampleofbeingoutoftimingarehiccups,theresultofthediaphragmandlungsbeingoutofsync.Notlifethreatening,iftheydon’tlastforlong,hiccupscanstillbehighlydisruptivetoourthoughtsandabilitytotalknormally.

Two of the most interesting timing rhythms that we have are personal andspiritualgrowth.Humansareprogrammed forboth. I like to thinkofpersonalgrowthasabottomupmodel.Weliterally“growup”physicallyandmentally,maturingasthecentralnervoussystemmatures.Welearnhowtobehavewithinsocialorgroupsituationsandestablishoursenseofbelonging.Therearecertainstagesorhallmarks that havebeenmapped forpersonalgrowth.These canbeknockedoutoftimingbecauseoftrauma,lackofnurturanceandsupport,oranunsafe environment. From the soul’s perspective, personal growth allows thebody/mindtoholdhigherlevelsofspirit,theenergyofthesoul.

Spiritual growth also has certain stages for sudden growth. Age 12-14 is asignificantonewhenachildstepsintohisownspiritualalignment.Age33isthetimewhenoldsoulsstepintotheirmastery,althoughitcanhappenearlier.

Ifpersonalandspiritualstagesareinrighttimingwitheachother,thengrowthissmoothandeasy.Iftheyaren’tinrighttiming,thanspiritualgrowthcanfeellikerunningintoawallathighspeed.Aclassic“outoftiming”personalandspiritualgrowthmetaphoristhemid-lifecrisisofthebosswhonukeshiscareer,familyandhome,runningoffwithhissecretaryonhisnewHarleymotorcycle.

Once I beganworkingwithCCT and using thisHealingChamber,my timing

issues were gone. There was a funny consequence when I moved into righttiming. Everyone Imet for a lunch or some other eventwas always 15 to 20minutes late. It turned out they had become tired ofwaiting forme formanyyearsandhadjustaddedextratimetoanyappointmentwithme.Thatwasabitofkarmaadjustment.

PureEssence|Tetrahedron:ElementofFire

When I experienced this Healing Chamber before I knew about its sacredgeometryelementoffire,Ididn’tseeflames,butinsteadlight.Lightofcourse,can“heat” just like fire, suchas light from the sun.However, thereareotherskindsof light sources thatwedrawon such as spiritual light, stellar light anduniversallight.Inoneofmyconversationswithmyguides,theyreferredtotheBigBangasthetimeofthecreationoflight.Physicallythebodyuseslightinallofitsfunctions.YourveryownDNAemitslight,aqualitycalledbiophoton.

Lightisthefoundationofthephenomenaofbecomingenlightened.Atacertainpoint in spiritual growth the pineal gland becomes activated and “lights up”within.It’sstrangetoexperiencethis.Youcloseyoureyesinadarkroomanditslikesomeoneturnsonthelights.Youopenyoureyesandseeadarkroom.

Oureyesarebuilttotakeinlightandtoreflectourinnerlightofessence.Attheendoflifewhenthephysicalabilitytoassimilatelightislost,andtheessenceofspiritbeginstorecedefromthebody,theeyesgrowdimandopaque.

Whenwereachcertainlevelsofconsciousness,weemitdifferentcolorsoflightintoourelectromagneticfield.Saintswerepaintedwithhalosaroundtheirheadtoindicatethislevelofenlightenmentorconsciousness.

Light is certainly necessary within us as a condition for health includingstoppingbacterialoutbreaks.Cancer isacollectionofcells thatdestroy lifeby

absorbingthebiologicallightwithintheorganism.Thereareseveralreasonsforthecauseofcancerincludingenvironmental,butforhumans,cancercanbethemetaphysicalopportunity to recognizeandknow the lightof their spirit as thelightoftheirbiologicalcontaineriscompromised.

Creation|Dodecahedron:ElementofLove

WhenIfirstexperiencedthisHealingChamber,IfeltwhatIcouldonlydescribeasablueprint.TheimagethatcametomindwasofaKirlianphotoofaleafthathasaportionrippedoff.Althoughthephysicalleafisgone,theblueprintofthewholeleafisstillthere.Phantomlimbphenomena,suchaswhensomeoneneedstoitchtheirtoesonafootthatdoesn’texist,arisesfromtheblueprintlevel.

This sacred geometry shape called a dodecahedron uses the basic shape of apentagon. It isconjecturedbysomecosmologists that theuniverse itself is theshapeofadodecahedron.AncientGreeksalsoconsidereditarepresentationoftheuniversebecauseofits12sidesrepresentingthe12signsofthezodiac.

The5thelementether,alsoknownasquintessenceorlove,containsalltheotherelements.As the fifth element, it seems appropriate that the pentagonal shapethatmakesupthedodecahedronhas5sides.Fiveisconsideredthenumberthatrepresentsthecenterfromwhichformisanimated.Astarfishisagoodexampleofapentagoninnature.

Whenever this Healing Chamber shows up in a session, it’s the signal thatsomething new is ready to come in. Creating an energetic blueprint that isembeddedwithconsciousintentbeginstheanimationoftheform.Itcanalsobea time of regrouping, renewing, repairing and reconnecting to the original

blueprint, if time, circumstances or trauma has negatively affected it in someway.

ThebiggestchangeinmyselfworkingwiththisHealingChamberhasbeenhowIactinmyexternalenvironment.BeforeCCT,whenIwantedtostartsomethingnew,Iwouldthrowmyselfintosomeactionwithpoorresults.Likejumpingoffacliff,onlytodecideonthewaydownthataparachutemighthavebeenhandyto have, some of my results went splat. I only had psychic hindsight as therewardformyactions.NowImakesurethattheenergeticblueprintisinplacebefore I begin a new creative adventure. There are still plenty of adventuresalongtheway,butthestrivingandpushingisreleased.Icanenjoythejourneyknowingrightoutcomeisensured.

SacredGeometryCombinations

Eventhoughthereareinfinitecombinationsofsacredgeometryshapes,weworkwithjustthreeothersetsinCCT.Thefirstsetiscalleddualandisafascinatingphenomenaofsacredgeometry.Certainshapesareabletofitinsideofeachotherinperfectunionofthepointsoftheanglestothecenterofthesides.Thecubecanfitintotheoctahedroninthisway,ortheoctahedroncanfitinsidethecube.Theicosahedronfitsinsidethedodecahedronandviceversa.Thetetrahedronisconsidereddualtoitselfandwhencombinedcreatesthestartetrahedron.

ThedualHealingChambers inCCTare calledby their individualnames.TheEmpowerment/ Multidimensional Time Dual Healing Chamber realigns aperson’ssoultoplanetarytimingandcycles.CrystallineEmotion/CreationDualHealingChamber isaboutpsychicprotection.PureEssence/PureEssenceDualHealingChamberisaboutexponentiallevelsoflightsuchasneededsometimeswithanactivationortoaccesshighvibrationaldatabankssuchastheAkashicrecords.

When all the sacred geometry shapes are combined, a magnificent geometricconfigurationthatwecalltheInfinityHealingChamberiscreated.Inoldenergyparadigms, this shape was called Metatron’s Cube and was used in ancientmystery schools for creating or manifesting, protection and other spiritualphenomena. InCCT this geometrical configuration is used to connect uswithoursenseoftheDivineortheSacredthatis“outthere”orallaroundus.

The finalHealingChamberused inCCTis theVectorEquilibrium.Namedby

thecreatorofthegeodesicdome,BuckminsterFuller,thisshapefascinatedhim.It’screatedbycuttingoffthecornersofanoctahedronmakingitpartcube,partoctahedron. If you spiral this shape, itwill turn into all five shapesof sacredgeometry.InCCT,thisHealingChamberconnectsustooursenseoftheDivinedeepwithinus,anchoringandorientingustoourpurposehereontheplanet.

Allofthesebeautifulsacredgeometryshapesareusedbynaturetocreateform.Inthenextchapterwewillexplorehowonefundamentaldifferencesetsusapartfromasunflower,rockorotheranimals.Thatdifferenceisourabilitytosetthecourseofourlivesthroughconsciousintent.

ConsciousIntent

When the protocol first appeared during my meditation with Lexi, it onlycontained the 3 phases of transformation. After the meditation we decided totest-drive thenewprotocol in an energyhealing sessionon amassage table. Iwas stopped after Phase Two and was guided to add conscious intent at thispoint.Itseemedanoddplacetoaddconsciousintent,especiallyifthepersononthe table was in a deeply altered state. As I grew to understand the protocolbetter and its role to align us to the universal energies of healing, growth andmanifestation, conscious intentat thispointwasasnatural asbreathing inandout.

Everythingandeveryonehasconsciousintentbuiltin.It’swhatmakesagorillaa

gorillaandnotahuman,orarock.StatingconsciousintentafterPhaseTwowaslike dropping a pebble into a clear lake and watching the ripples movecontinuouslyout.

In 2006 the movie, The Secret, hit the Internet and the Law of Attractioninformationwentviral.AtfirstIwasexcitedbecausetheywereusingintentionandmanifesting as well. Here was a whole new group of people whowouldunderstandwhatCCTcouldoffer,Ithought.

Then Ibecamedisillusionedwith theLawofAttractionproponents.Formanypeople,thelawofattractionwasinterpretedas“waveamagicwandanditwillappear.”Forothers, theyhad to endlessly repeat their intentiondayandnight.TheCCTprotocol isn’ta formofmagic,butoneofscience.Forsomepeople,sciencetakesthe“magical”rushoutofit.Forothers,theycouldn’tseewhytheyneededtolearnonemorethingwhenalltheyhadtodowasrepeattheirintentionenoughtimesanditwouldcreatewhattheywanted.

It’scertainlytruethatwearepowerfulcreatorsandcancreatewithouttheCCTprotocol.Whywasitsoimportanttomethatthewholeprotocolwasused?TounderstandwhyIwasdisenchantedwithhowtheLawofAttractionwasbeingpresented,IhadtodigdeeperintohowtheCCTprotocolworked.

CCTandtheLawofAttraction

Have you ever wondered how the Universe knows which of our thoughts torespond to?Itobviouslydoesn’t respond to themallorevery timeahormonalteenagersaidtoherparent,“Iwishyouweredead,”there’dbealotlessparentsintheworld.

The answer isn’t complex. If your stated intention is also communicated fromyourEnergyBody,thentheUniverseresponds.Formostpeople,however,theirEnergyBodyhasbecomedisconnectedfromtheirconsciousmindandisbeingrun by the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is often the dumpinggroundforunresolvedtraumas,fearsandunacceptablepartsofourselves.Alotofthosecomponentsarehighlychargedwithnegativeemotionalenergy.That’swhattheUniversehearsfromyourEnergyBody.Itcantakealotofworkandalotoftimetoclearoutthatenergy,unlessyouareworkingwithatoollikeCCT.The threephasesofCCTalign the subconscious and consciousminds and theEnergyBodyintoonecoherentfieldofenergy.Whenconsciousintentisspoken

intothatquiet,unifiedfield,theseedformanifestingisplantedimmediatelyintotheUniversalFieldofManifestation.No rinsingand repeating isneeded—oneintention,spokenonce,isallittakes.

Perhapsmoreimportantly,though,thanbeingabletomanifestquicklyandeasilyismanifestingorcreatinginalignmentwiththeuniversallawofcreation(whichis also the universal law of transformation), which then aligns you with theplanet.We can force our desires to manifest with just our will, but anythingforcedisoutoftiming.Anythingoutoftimingisnotsustainableontheplanet.Ittakesa tremendousamountofenergyto“will”somethingin.Atsomepoint inyour life, youwill have less vital life force energy for “willing” and forcing.Forcingcreatesanegativekarmiceffectanddoesnotpromotejoy.

ConsciousintentinCCTcomesafterthetwoinitialphasesofOpening,whenthebodymovesintohigherlevelsofconsciousnessleavingbehindthesurvivalleveloffightorflight;andthesecondphaseofChaoswhichusesthesacredgeometricHealingChambers toreleasedistortion. In thesecondphase, roomismadeforsomethingnewtocomein.

In the stillness of a unified field of energy throughout the body, a consciousintentnotonly iscommunicatedclearly to theUniversewithoutdistortion,butit’s alsoanchored into thebody.Receivingyourownconscious intent into thebody informs the body consciousness, held in the cells and organs, about thedirection of growth you have determined. Every cell and organ, then, gets onboardforthatdirection.Resistanceisminimizedifnoteliminatedentirely.

Speakingaconsciousintentevenwithanenergyprotocolisn’ta100%guaranteethattherewillbeinstantmanifestationlikeaGeniefromabottle.Sometimesabetterunderstandingofyourselfandtheconsequentpersonalgrowthfromthatisneededfirst.ThatiswhyworkingwithCCTisanexcellentpersonalaswellasspiritual growth tool. It’s all about the transformation that is occurring duringhealingormanifestingthatisimportant.

Therearethreelevelsofintentionsthatcanderailyourabilitytobeapowerfulcreatorwithconsciousintent.Let’stalkaboutthemmoreindepth.

BeliefSystems:EmbeddedIntentions

Beliefsystemsareintentionsembeddedintothefabricofyourpersonality.They

arewhatdistinguishyoufromothersatalllevelsandarepartofthespiritualfreewill andchoicemechanisms.Theyare alsopowerful referencepoints foryoursenseof identity.Beliefsystemsthatyouconsciouslychooseare tremendouslypositiveandpowerful.

Thebeliefsystemsthatcancreatechallengesforyouarethebeliefsystemsthatyouhaveadoptedwithoutconsciouslychoosingthem.Wecandothissometimesinthegroupsthatwearepartof.Theneedtobelongingroupsissuchastrongbiological urge that we can agree to belief systems insisted by others thatoverrideourowninnersenseoftruth.

An ancestral or familial belief system that you must work hard to deservesomething, for example, can override the ease inmanifestingwhich the CCTprotocol provides. A cultural belief system that a few people at the top havecontrol over the masses will also interfere with an intention to manifestabundance.Areligiousbeliefsystemthatyouwillgotohell,ifyoudon’tbelieveinareligiousfigure,cancreateaconflictasyouuseasystemthat isbasedonscientificlaws.AconflictsendsouttwomessagestotheUniverse:Iwantthis—noIdon’t!TheUniversewaitspatientlyuntiltheconflictisresolvedtorespond.

Workingwithconscious intent in theCCTprotocolprovidesanopportunity toexaminebeliefsystemsandletgooftheonesthatareinconflictwithwhoyouare andwhat you know at an essential level.AfterworkingwithCCT for 10years, I am often more interested in what I’m learning about myself in theprocessthenwhatIactuallywanttomanifest.

NeedsandWants:IntentionHi-Jackers

All intentions aren’t equal, meaning that they don’t originate from the sameplacesinthebody.Thelowbellyisthesourceofemotionalneeds.Thechestisthesourceofwhat theheartwantsoryearns for. Identifyingwhatyouneedorwantthatisdrivingyourdesiretomanifestsomethingcandetermineifyouareintending the right form. If not included, emotional needs andheart yearningscanhi-jackyourconsciousintent.

Let’ssayIintendanewcarformyself.Myheadisfilledwithgloriousimagesofshinypaint,moonroofandleatherinterior.Icanmanifestthis,butifitdoesn’taddresstheunderlyingemotionalneedorheartyearning,thenImayendupwithacarandstillfeeldissatisfied.

There are 12 universal emotional needs: Safety, play, sustenance, belonging,growth, love, celebration, autonomy (the right to choose), reverence, integrity,contribution,andrest.Theyareuniversalbecauseallofusrequirethem.

Usingmyexampleofintendingtomanifestasportscar,Icantuneintowhatmyneed isbyplacingahandonmy lowbelly.Perhapswhat Ineed is a senseofcelebratinglife.WiththatinformationIhavemorechoices.Idon’thavetowaitforthecartofindotherwaystocelebratelife.IfIdochoosetomanifestthecar,I will need to use it in ways to celebrate life and not just drive it to thelaundromat.

There’s also what the heart yearns for that can affect a conscious intent.Instinctivelyweknowthatour livesonlyfeel richerwhenwepursuewhathasheart to it.ThegreatphilosopherSaint-Exuperysaid,“It isonlywith theheartthatonecanseerightly;whatisessentialisinvisibletotheeye.”

Theheartholdswhatourmostsacredcommitmentiswhetherthatisreverencefor theDivine, honoring all life, dedication to service or something else. Thehearthastheabilitytoperceiveclearlywhatistheessenceorcoreofasituationcutting through subterfuge.Living fromwhat ismost essential at aheart leveltakesusoutofthedramaanddistractionthatarisesfromfearoflife.

HeartMath®, a system developed by Doc Childre and Howard Martin, hasscientificallystudiedthepowerandintelligenceoftheheart.Accordingtothem,whattheheartyearnsforisalwayssomeaspectofloveincludingappreciation,forgiveness,nonjudgmentandcare.What’sinterestingabouttheheartisthatit’snotegofocused.WhetheryouappreciatemeorIappreciateyou, theheart justregistersappreciationandbenefitsfromit.

Sometimes theheartcanbeatoddswithahead levelorconscious intent. If itisn’t considered when conscious intent is brought in, it can shut down themanifestingprocess.Hearttrumpsmindeverytime.

MetaIntentions:SoulLevelContracts

Beforearrivingontheplanetinthislifetime,yourSoulhadintentionsaswell.Icall theseMetaIntentions.Theyhelpshapeyourexperiencehereontheplanetforwhat the soulwants to learn.These canwork for youunless yououtgrowthem.

Meta Intentions showup in repeating patterns. For a long time inmy healingretreats,Iseemedtoattractpeoplewhowereabusingtheirhealingpowers.Theyinvariably created agreat deal of chaos in the class and energetically attackedmyfamilyormyself.Finallyfedupwiththispattern,Imeditatedandaskedmyguideswhatwasgoingon.Theanswerwas that Ihada soul level contractormeta intention, for calling in these errant souls. There was a potential in thehealingretreatthattheycouldrestoreintegritywiththeirhealingpowers,iftheychose. I requested to let that soul contract go. My retreats have been muchsmoothersincethen.

Meta intentions can be belief systems that we have carried over from otherlifetimes. They are the assumptions that jump in before we’ve thoroughlyexaminedasituation.TogetbeyondtheseassumptionsIuseaquestiontotakemetothesourceofapattern.Iask,“Whatisreallygoingonhere?”toreceiveguidanceandunderstanding. Iwait formyconsciousmind togetnew insightsbeforeIproceedfurther.

MetaintentionswillbeparticularlyimportanttorecognizeandworkwithintheNewEnergyParadigm.Theshiftor transformation thatoccurredonDecember21,2012wasasignificantone.Itmovedusfromanoldparadigmofperceivingandbeingintheworldintoanewone.AnexampleofametaintentionfromtheOldEnergyParadigm is thatGod is like a parent looking down on us. In theNewEnergyParadigm,theshiftisaccessingtheDivinewithin;beingparentandchildsimultaneously;andco-creatingwiththeDivine.

ConsciousIntentforHealing

I’vebeendiscussingintentionsasmostpeopletendtothinkofthem—themeansformanifesting.InCCT,however,consciousintentisalsousedwhensomeoneisfocusedonhealing.

BeforeCCT,peoplewouldcome tome forhealingand Iwould listen towhat

they were focusing on, then use Reiki or one of my other energy tools forhealingthebodyoroldtrauma.Ineveraskedmyclienttostateanintentionforherselfforhealing.Itwasimpliedinheractionofshowingup.

Why,then,isaspokenintentusedinCCTasapartofthehealingprocess?

Sometimes,weuseourdiseasesforotherreasons.Westayoverweightbecausewefeelunsafe.Ourbackdoesn’thealbecausewedon’treallywanttogobacktowork. Stating an intention after PhasesOne and Two, in the unified fields ofmind,body,energyandemotions,circumnavigates thesubconsciouspartofusthat doesn’twant to heal.A stated intention to heal andmove forward in lifereleasesyoufromthesubconsciousfearsthatblockforwardmovement.

Consciouslystatingyourintentionforhealingalsoactivatestheenergeticselfsothat it is an activeparticipant inhealing.With the adventofmodernmedicineourenergeticselves,orEnergyBodiesasIalsocallthem,havebecomedormant,disenfranchisedpartsofourinherentpower.Thisistrueforanykindofhealingwork, alternative or traditional. Lying passively on the table, waiting for thedoctortodetermineforyouthebestcourseofaction,isnothowhealingworks.Youneedtoengagewiththedoctor’sinformationandprescribedtreatment.It’sthedifferencebetweeneatingforyourselfandbeingfedthroughatube.Wearemeant to be collaborative healers, both internally between all of our organsystems, and externally with other people, medicine and modalities that wechoosetoworkwith.

ConsciousIntentandAction

Napoleon Hill said, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it canachieve.” Imostly concurwith this statement.Yet, I’ve seenmanypeople notdemonstrate their visions. What they are missing is taking an action in thephysicalrealmthatrepresentswhattheywanttomanifest.

ConsciousintentandCCTcreatetheenergyfoundationorblueprintfortheformofwhatyouwanttocreateormanifest.Becausewearemultidimensionalbeings,someofusaremanifesting inotherdimensionsbesides the3rddimension thatwearein.Bytakinganactionthatrepresentsyourintention,youanchorintheintentionandenergy into thisdimension.Theactioncanbeasmallone,but itneedstobephysicalandnotjustmental.

Humans are complex spiritual-biological species.Whenwe fall out of healthyvitality on any level we need healing treatments that bring us back intoalignmentwiththeplanetandwithoursouls.

Everyone is innately a healer. How to heal is hardwired into our operatingsystem. Itsneutrality is profound in a world that has become out of balance withfundamentalism and intolerance toward other forms of religion or spirituality.Usingenergysciencemeans Icanhonorsomeone’sbiological formaswellas

theirspiritualbeliefs.

AvoidingHealerTraps

Healing with CCT protocols helps people who have been healers in manylifetimes to avoid certain traps. If your healer-self has become identifiedwithyourego,youmaywant to testhowpowerfulyouareagainst certaindiseasessuch as cancer. Being overly responsible for every one and every situationaround you is also a healer trap. The healer never has a normal life as everysituationcalls forhishealing skills tobeused in some form. Creativeenergyhasitsownconsciousness.Itdemandsfreedom,expressionanduniqueness. At a personal or biological level, there is a deep need to berecognizedorseenforone’screativeexpressions.Anykindoftraumagrowinguparoundcreativitywillcreatementalblocksaboutcreativeexpressionandshutdownthecreativeprocessandflow.Creativecompetitionariseswhenself-worthis an issue. Falling into competitionwith someone else’s creativity causes theinabilitytolistentoone’sownuniquecreativevoice.

Whencreativeenergiesareblockedforwhateverreason,aragecanarisefromthe seat of creative energies in the lowbelly. If creative energies can’t create,theybecomelikeadragon’sfierybreath,destroyingall intheirpath.Thisragedries up the water element of the body, which can lead to connective tissue,arthritis or joint problems.When thewellspring of creative flowdries up, lifebecomesdevoidoftheabilityofregenerationandrenewal.

Creativeenergieshaterestrictionofalltypes.JustastheriverneedsitsbankssothatitcanflowtotheoceanorSource,ourcreativeenergiesneedsomeformofbanks.Discipliningcreativeenergycanbeanarduoustaskasitfightsrestrictionof any type. If you’ve ever set a schedule for yourself such aswriting for 30minuteseveryday,youknowhowyourcreativeenergywillthroweverykindofdistraction imaginable at you. By the time you’re done with the conflict youmighthave5minuteslefttoyourallottedwritingtime.

Unlike psychic energies, creative energies have no vision. Whether creativeenergyiscreatinganuclearbomboranantibioticfrombreadmold,itisequallycontent with its task, even though one is about destroying life and the otheraboutsavingit.

CreatingandtheCrystallineSystem

For as long as souls have been having a human experience they have beencreating. In all that time, the challenges of workingwith the creative processhave remained the same as has the creative process itself. As the crystallinesystemcontinuestodevelopontheplanet,that’sabouttochange.

The crystalline system allows us to easily connect to other realms and

dimensions. Each dimension has its own information to be explored that canhelpuswithchallengesonEarth.Theelectromagneticsystemhasitslimitationsto theamountof information that it canholdwithout fallingoutofbalance. Itcan take decades to strengthen the electromagnetic system for working withhigherandgreateramountsofinformation.Wonderfully, thisisnotsowiththecrystallinesystem.

Thecrystallinesystemisalsoaligned to thecoreessenceofaperson,whereastheelectromagneticsystemis initiallyalignedtotheego.Creatingwithoutegoallowsfornewlevelsofcollaborationwithothers.Italsoensuresthattheactofcreatingisalignedwithlifepurpose.

Creatingwiththecrystallinesystemshiftsthefocusfromthepasttothefuture.Webuildtowardwhereweareheadednotwherewe’vebeen.Thisshiftsusoutoffocusingonourfailuresandovertosuccess.

Creatingwiththecrystallinesystemfeelslikeplay.Strivingandangstfallawaywhilejoyanddelighttaketheirplace.Therehasbeenacertainmystiquebuiltuparoundthecreativeprocessthathasintimidatedmanypeople.“I’mnotcreative,”manyhavemutteredwhenasked todrawapicture,singorwrite.As theseoldmental constructs fall away, a new renaissance of creative exploration willsurfaceontheplanet.

When the act of creatingbecomes easy andnatural, then creative discernmentwillbecomemoreimportant.Whatareyoucreatingandwhyareyoucreatingit?When the ego isquiet in the creativeprocess, there is a shift froma focusonsurvivalofone toa focuson thriving.Generosityof spiritandheart isnaturalconsequenceofthisshift.WebecomekindertoourneighborsandfellowEarthcitizens.

Thisiscertainlyawonderfulplacetoexploreforanindividual,butimagineifanorganizationorbusinessbringsthislevelofdiscernmentandhumanitarianfocustoitscreativepurpose.Howquicklycouldwefindsolutionstoourmostpressingchallenges?

ChapterNine

TheFutureofCommunities

FromtheverybeginningwhenCCTarrived,Iknewthiswasatoolthatwouldhelp groups asmuch as individuals.Within the firstmonth,CCTwas used tofoster a positive outcomewith a community project that to this day is still ineffect. Some of the CCT group projects over the past 9 years were resolvingconflictwithinsurancecompanies,transformingapoliticalparty,supportingtherecoveryoftheoceansfromtheBPdisasterintheGulfofMexico,andsmoothtransitionofestateswithinfamilies.WithCCTanindividualcancreatepeacefultransformation with any group collective including government, big business,andreligiousorganizations.

This isoneof thehardestconcepts tograspevenamidst thosewhohavebeenworking with CCT for a while. Because we tend to think of ourselves as“myself, theindividual”andnot“we, thecollective,”wefail torecognizehow

theenergyofagroupisshowingupwithinus.

Humansarebiologicallyhard-wiredtobeherdanimalsforsurvival,likewolves,horses, or elephants. Groups develop their own rules and regulations thatinitiallywerebasedonthemesofsurvival.Ashumanscontinuedtodevelopandmoved away from biological survival, groups becamemore elaborate in theirculturalmores.Stillunderneaththesurfaceofmorehighlyevolvedgroupsisthefearthatifyouarethrownoutofthegroup,youwilldie.Thisbiologicalneedtobelongisconstantlyinconflictwiththeneedtobeself-expressive.Oldparadigmgroupsmanipulateandcontrolgroupmemberswiththisfearofbeingostracizedorthrownoutofthegroup.

Groups are based on stabilizationwhile individuals are based on growth.Oldparadigmgroups resist the individualwho brings in fresh ideas or encouragesgrowth and transformation. Someof the best creative thinkers of the past twocenturies were loners including Albert Einstein, Nicholas Tesla, Leonardo daVinci,Galileo,MadameCurie,ClaraBartonandmanymore.Creative thinkersareaheadof their timebecause theydon’tbuy into theelaborategroupmentalconstructthatisdevelopedtopromotebelongingandthereforesurvival.Yettheactofcreatingwithoutsupportfromagroupcanproduceatremendousamountofanxietyandfear.

Wewalkachallengingbalancebetweenfittinginwiththegroupandagreeingtocertainconditionstobelong,orbreakingfreetobeouruniquecreativeselves.

Youonlyhavetoliveinadifferentculturetoreallygrasphowthefabricofwhoyouthinkyouareisdeterminedbythegrouprules.Fridaythe13th,knownasthebadluckdayintheUnitedStates,isTuesdaythe12thinMexico.ThanksgivingintheU.S.isnotcelebratedinallcountries(orcelebratedatadifferentdate).Itfeelsverystrangeorflattobecelebratingaholidaywithinacountrythatdoesn’tcelebratethesameholiday.Onceexperienced,though,youreyesareopenedtotheunderlyingagreementsyouhavewithyourgroups andhow they influenceyou. After awakening from blind or unconscious acceptance, you can choosewhatservesyouornot.

The biological component of belonging in human groups is so strong that thetransformation of groups is very slow.As our planet goes throughmany newchallenges from the melting of the polar ice, to over-population, to lack ofdrinkingwater,todisappearinganimalandplantspecies,humangroupsmustbe

abletochangeandtransformmorequickly.Theemergingcrystallinesystemontheplanetandwithinhumanswillactuallyhelpfosterthisabilitytotransformataquickerrate.Withacrystallinesystem,theneedforthepolariceisdiminishedas the planet finds newways to balance the exchange of energy between herinhabitants,thesolarsystemandherself.

Howelsewillgroupsorcommunitiesexpressthemselvesinthefuture?Idon’thavethefullestvisionofitmyself,butIdohaveglimpses.

SupportingIndividualExpression

Evolutionhasbeenin thedirectionofgreater,morecomplexgroups.Asingle-celled organism evolves into a multi-leveled one. Groups of cells become anorgan, while organs become systems. Many systems become a human whoconnectstootherhumansandformsagroup.Groupsconnecttogetherandmakeacountry.Countriescreatealliesandbecomeatradeblockworkingtogetheroncommon goals. So what happens after we all connect into one globalcommunity?

Ihavelongwonderedwhatthenextlevelofgroupevolutionwillbe.Itseemednatural to think that wewould connect with living organisms out beyond ourownplanet.Butas Ikeepwatching theevolutionof theCCTcommunityoverthe past 9 years, I find that something different is happening. The group isbecominghighlyresponsivetotheneedsofeachindividualinabalanceddanceofenergy.Aseachindividualtakescaretonurturethegroup,thegroupinreturnnurtures the creative andunique expressionof the individual.Recognizing thegifts that each individual is here to share and providing an environment thatsupportstheexpressionofthosegiftswillbethenewmeaningofgroups.

EmotionalNeedsandEnergeticIntegrityinCommunities

Asmentionedbefore, theemotionalneeds that areuniversal toallhumansaresafety, play, sustenance, belonging, growth, love, celebration, autonomy,reverence,integrity,andrest.Anindividualcantuneintowhatsheneedstoday,suchasagreatersenseofsafety,andaresponsivegroupwillautomaticallyshiftand reflectwhat the individual needs to feel safe.A responsive, giving groupreleasesaperson’sneedto“take”fromothers,thefoundationofcodependency,victim stances, disharmony andnegativekarma.Groups that are responsive tothe emotional needs of its individuals create empowered members who only

needtorecognizetheirneeds,expressthemandopentoreceive.

Anoldenergyparadigmthatpeopleuseistoprojectwhattheydon’tlikeaboutthemselvesorwhattheyareworkingonatasubconsciouslevelontothegroup.The energetic projection acts as a mirror reflecting back to the sender thenegativedynamicorunknownqualitysoitcanbeperceivedandthenhopefullyshifted.

Energetic projection of any kind is uncomfortable and can create feelings ofresentment. The person who’s projecting can develop self-worth issues aseveryonearoundherignores,pullsback,orresistsherinsomeway.“Pleasehelpme!Ijustwanttotransformthisstuff!”saystheenergy-selfofthepersonnoonewantstobearound.

Emotionalneedinesscreatesallkindsofuglyenergeticexchanges thatbecomeentangledespeciallybetweenfamilymembers.

WithCCT,however,thisenergeticconversationshiftsdramatically.Eachpersoncangetthehealingandtransformingtheyneedwithoutleaningonanyoneelse.Whatarelief!Inthisnewenergeticstance,Icanbringmybestselfforwardtomycommunities,notmysmallestself.

A community of individuals that knows how to create energetic integrity andaddress their emotional needs creates a healthy and functional group. Theyconnectthroughtheirhighestcommondenominatorinsteadoftheirlowest.

CollaborativeCommunities

AsImentionedalready,humansarebiologicallywiredtobeincommunitiesorgroupsbecauseitensuredsurvivalofthehumanspecies.Groupswereformedtoface outside threats or enemies. If there isn’t an external threat, this strongsurvivalforceoftenturnsintocompetitionamongstthegroupmembersinstead.

In modern times, the emphasis is shifting from biological survival andcompetitiontothrivingandcollaboration.Theabilitytoaccessthegreatergroupwisdomwithanopenheartandhonoringeachindividual’screativecontribution,leadstocollaboration.

The energy of competition shows up in the base of the skull in the reptilian

brain. When someone takes a competitive stance it is extremely hard to notimmediatelyrespondinthesametone.Collaborationarisesinthefrontalbrain,themostevolvedpartof thebrain. It requiresanewcontextofunderstanding;what’sbestforthegroupisalsogoodforeachoneofus.Trustandsafetymustbepresentwithinthegroupforcollaborationtogainmomentum.Ultimatelytheability to collaborate and thrive will be the new level of group excellence.Belongingwill not arise from a survival need but a choice to bewith a like-mindedcommunity.

NowhereisCCTmorewonderfultoobservethanwhenitissupportingagroupin being collaborative. As people move from their personalities or biologicalposturingintotheiressencetheyrediscoverthesimilaritiesamongstthemselvesratherthantheirdifferences.CCTcreatesacontainerthatallowsgroupstomoveintoplay,problemsolving,strategizingandotherformsofcollaboration.

FromPyramidstoSpheres

Old paradigmgroups obsessedwith survival,whether biologically, financially,politicallyorreligiously,organizedthemselvesinapyramidshape.Inapyramid,manypeopleatthebottomsupportthewell-beingofafewpeopleatthetopinreturnforeverythingfromspiritualprotection(“youWILLgetintoheaven”),jobsecurity (companies likeEnron); insurance against disaster (feudal castles andgovernments) and fame (Lance Armstrong became THE name for fame andblameforhisbicyclingteam).

Thepyramidagreementisthatmanypeopleatthebottomprojecttheirpoweronto the few at the top. The people at the top view the ones at the bottom asdiscardable and of noworth. It takes both the bottom of the pyramid playingpowerlessandthetopof thepyramidpretendingtobeallpowerful toplayoutthisdynamic.

A spherical organization requires equality in giving and receivingbetween themembers of the group. Each individual must protect and promote the overallhealth of the group,which in turn supports thewell-being of each individual.There is no hierarchy of importance or entitlement based on education orperceivedposition.

With itsbalancebetween individualandgroupenergies,CCTnaturallycreatesspherical organizations. Interacting in groups in this way can be quite the

learningexperience. Individualsneed tobecomeself-responsible for thewell-being of the group and release being either a victimor a power lordwithin agroup.

CommunitytoCommunity

The task of creating groups that don’t harm theirmembers through old groupparadigmsofcontrol,manipulation,abuseofpower,andpyramiddynamicswilltakeawhile.Oncemoregroupsbegintoknowthenewwaytointeractthroughcreative collaboration and honoring the contribution of each individual, a newconversationcanbeginwithotherhumanandeco-communities.

With tools such as CCT, humans can more quickly come into alignment andintegrity through the three phases of transformation. Fostering tolerance, theconversationbetweengroupscanshiftfrom“or”to“and.”WecanhaveliberalsAND conservatives, gays AND heterosexuals, Christians AND Muslims,humansANDEarth.

Thenthevoiceoftheplanetcanbecomeonesongofharmoniesandsolos.

AFinalWord

DuringDecember 21-23, 2012, Earth transformed gracefully and easily into anewenergyparadigm.ThishasbeencalledtheShiftofAges,theNewAge,theendoftheMayanCalendarandtheNewEarth.

WhatIdidn’tknowuntillatelastyearisthatEarthherselfwasgoingtohaveacrystallinesystembroughtintoplaceduringthattime.It’sherenow,ifyouknowhow to“find” it.Energyaffectseveryone’smindandemotionswhetherornotthey can perceive it consciouslywith their higher senses. Thisclassiseitheraprerequisitefortheotherclassesorincorporatedaspartofthem. Its original purposewas to help release the resistance that occurswhenpeople move into learning, growing or healing modes. What was in thebeginningjustatoolforCCTTeachersandpractitionerstohelpwithteachingorhealing,hasbecameadynamicclasscreatingmanymiraclesforpeople.

BeforeLevel1wascreated,itwasdiscoveredthatsomepeople’senergyfieldshadbecomesodefendedtheycouldnotletanythingnewinwithouttremendousangstandpain.Theprotocoltaughtinthisclasscreatedacrystallineenergyfield

ofprotectionfortheelectromagneticenergyfield.TheEMfieldcouldthenrelaxfrombeingdefendedandallowinnewinformation.
