Transfer

Meaning of Transfer:

Transferring the employee from one designation to another same designation without

For transfer, company must make a clear policy to make the equality in the organization

and so the fillings of dissatisfaction can be controlled easily. In absences of this system,

there are chances of reduction in motivation of employees. If possible than do transfer by

giving advance instruction to your employees for his/her mental preparation.

Points should be required in any transfer letter:

For drafting any letter or transfer letter we have classified two types of requirements which

must include in any transfer letter. Those two classifications are as follows.

General requirement:

1. Date of issue of letter.

2. Name of department who has issued the letter.

3. Name of manager/authorizes person who has issued the letter.

4. Name of employee for which the letter has issued.

Identified requirements:

1. Transferred place should be written clearly in the transfer letter. If required than

in the letter manager have to write that from which place to which place

employee has been transferred with its sufficient information that are new place,

branch, area, address.

2. In letter, manger has to mention the date of effect. That means form which date

his/her transfer has been effective.

3. Before implementation of transfer, to whom employees has to hand over their

duties, responsibility and authority must clearly mentioned.

4. After transfer, to whom employee has to report that also clearly written and also

mention all information of that supervisor/manager/departmental head who is

new superior for that person.

5. Few sentences regarding this order and encouragement for employee.

6. Also write the work of experience which fills in organization by manager.

7. If required than also mention the reason for transfer.

8. In the transfer letter, remuneration part must be written. If there will be any

change in terms of payment or no change, all information should clearly

mentioned.

9. In the transfer letter one point generally found that transfer back to existing

company of employee is mentioned which indicates that if required than

employee may transfer either in existing branch/company or other place.

10. At last company’s name, name of authorizes person who has issued the order

mentioning clear and perfect signature.

Meaning of Promotion:
