    Transfer / Relocation Expenses ( within India ) Policy

    To lay down guidelines of transfer and relocation of employees.

    All on roll employees.

    &. E'TIT#EE'T

    3.1 Travel

    3.1a The employee shall e reimursed travel e!penses for self" spouse" children

    and dependent parents y the mode he is entitled to as per Domestic TravelPolicy.

    3.1 The employees in grade #3 and aove shall e entitled to second class

    railway tic$et for one servant.

    3.1c %n case an employee decides to shift his family on a date suse&uent to thedate of transfer due to the reason of children's schooling" he shall e entitled

    for reimursement of one additional return tic$et y the class of hisentitlement and local transport e!penses as per the e!isting Domestic Travel

    Policy.

    3.1d No DA shall e payale for the trip mentioned in 3.1c.

    3.3 Transport of ehicle

    3.3a %f the place of transfer4relocation is within a distance of 3// $ilometers" the

    employee may drive down his vehicle and claim reimurse e!penses as perlocal travel entitlement

    3.3 %f the place of transfer4relocation is more than 3// $ilometers" then theemployee can either drive down to the place of location and claim as per local

    travel entitlement or transport the vehicle y goods train.

    3.3c The employee shall e granted the aove only for one vehicle which he4she isnormally using at the time of transfer.

    3. 5ettling Allowance * 6nly those employees are entitled who have eentransferred to a location other than their home state ,

    The employee shall e entitled to one month's asic salary as settlingallowance.

     3.2a 6n transfer to the new location * other than home state ," the employee and

    his family shall e entitled to stay in a hotel for ma!imum numer of 3 days"within which the employee shall have to loo$ for a new accommodation.

    3.2 The e!penses as per the aove clause" if staying single shall not e!ceed the

    DA rates applicale to him4her under the Domestic Travel Policy. %f staying

    with family" it should not e more than doule of the same amount.

    .1 The employee under transfer shall otain at least two &uotations for freight

    and pac$ing etc. and sumit to the 7ead 78 for approval efore effectingtransfer.

    .( 6n approval of the estimate" the employee under transfer may also get

    advance upto 2/9 from the Accounts Department on recommendation of the)unctional 7ead.

    .3 No reimursement shall e for transfer4relocation within the ity.

    . Any modification in this policy shall e made at the sole discretion of themanagement.

    -. OPERTI'$ PROE*RE

    2.1 After the transfer" the employee is re&uired to sumit the claim on theprescried form *Anne!ure, under each head to Accounts Department for

    payment.

    2.( The letter of transfer issued y the 7ead 78 shall e attached with the aoveclaim.

    2.3 opy of approval of estimate shall also e attached with the aove claim.
