TheMagicTouch toner-based image transfer process enables you to decorate and personalise a vast range of printable items including garments, textiles, ceramics, leather, wood, metal, board, acrylic and much more using the appropriate equipment and processing guidelines.

Digital image transfer removes the need for traditional artwork and minimum order set-up costs, allowing you to print what you want, when you want. All processes are safe, simple and durable.

Using the coated image transfer papers in conjunction with original standard polyester toners offers a great business opportunity, covering many potential markets. The printed transfers are easily applied in various ways using a professional heat press or associated equipment.

TRANSFER PAPER GUIDE

Transfer PapersTheMagicTouch manufacture and market a comprehensive range of different coated papers, each with their own individual product application.

In addition to papers processed using heat press equipment, our range includes temporary Tattoo and Decal paper, both involving simple “water slide” processing. All papers are available in A4 with a selection available in A4R, A4 XL and A3 size. Always consult the transfer paper guide to determine which paper to use for which specific application.

Toner Based PrintersTheMagicTouch image transfer process works with most toner based colour Laser/LED printers and copiers. Specific compatibility of printers can be confirmed by our technical support department. The current printers of choice are the TMT/OKI series supplied with unique print drivers and firmware upgrade. The printers can also be used for everyday normal plain paper printing and do not require any special toners other than the manufacturers original versions.

Please note that all TheMagicTouch transfer papers are for use with toner based colour laser printers and copiers. Do not attempt to feed through any ink based device.

Last year saw the arrival of the latest innovation of ‘White Toner’ offering the ability to decorate a vast range of dark colour products and applications.

Heat Press EquipmentTo ensure safe and consistent production we recommend using professional and reliable equipment. All flat-bed presses, which cover 90% of the applications, are supplied with a lifetime heat platen guarantee. The presses can attain and maintain a constant 110ºC - 200ºC temperature for the full range of transfer applications. Other presses are available

for mug production and the decoration of caps and hats. All presses supplied come with one year warranty with certified CE marking.

Printable ItemsTheMagicTouch process can be used with a vast range of printable items and products that are both marketable and profitable.

Easy two-step patented process removes any traditional cutting and weeding requirement.

Transfers feel soft and offer superb washing durability. Transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, nylon, neoprene, leather, denim and most close knit textiles, regardless of colour.

The capabilities of the paper depend upon the printer being used to produce the transfer. For designs incorporating white or pale colours the TMT/OKI C711WT is essential.

For designs which use solid colours and no white - a conventional (CMYK) laser printer is all that is required (such as the TMT/OKI 610).

The OKI C711WT Colour + White toner printer utilises ground breaking ‘White Toner’ technology - in conjunction with traditional colour toner to make printing on dark textiles and hard surfaces simple and cost effective. Supplied with SpaceControl software - exclusive to TheMagicTouch. Developed to enable simple printing and control of white toner areas and density.

The C711WT is the perfect, affordable, solution for all garment decoration regardless of fabric colour or type, without any cutting or weeding involved.

The new white toner also extends a new lease of life to existing transfer papers allowing the decoration of any colour materials and a multitude of substrates. Now CPM papers can decorate dark colour mugs, diaries, leather, PU products, phone and gadget covers, binders and various types of folders with ‘white’ as the extra colour included in the design. terms & conditionsThis price list supersedes all previous - and is effective from February 2014.

1 Non Account Customers - Strictly payment with order or on collection of goods.

2 Account Customers - Strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

3 All equipment (printers, presses, plotters) are sold strictly as payment in advance to both account and non-account customers.

4 Credit Accounts will automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment or credit limit is exceeded.

5 Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £20.00 per representation.

6 All goods are subject to availability.

7 No returns are accepted after 1 month from date of despatch, or if printed/processed in any way.

8 Any shortages or non-delivery must be notified to us within 24 hours of expected date of receipt.

9 Ownership of all goods remain the property of TheMagicTouch (GB) Ltd® until all invoices are paid in full.

10 Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods released. If your order is urgent there will be an additional charge of £15.00 to obtain special clearance on your cheque.

11 Prices do not include carriage which will be charged where goods are not collected.

12 Prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at the standard rate where applicable.

13 Prices for cases/dozens are per size.

14 Delivery Charges

UK Mainland (Carrier Services).

2/3 Day £7.00 per consignment.

Next Day £10.00 per consignment.

Before 10am £20.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 50p per Kg. Please note delivery before 10am could be tendered as early as 8am.

Saturday £25.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 50p per Kg.

Deliveries to N. Ireland

Next Day £15.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 50p per Kg.

2/3 Day £10.00 per consignment up to 31Kg, thereafter 45p per Kg.

Deliveries to Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands by quotation.

All redelivery charges as a result of non-attendance are chargeable.

Every endeavour will be made to despatch goods ordered before 5.00pm on the same day.

15 Perfect returns must be authorised by our returns department and with a confirmed returns reference code. We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge.

16 In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of England & Wales.

17 We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to our credit terms. Interest of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate and third party collection costs are payable on defaulting accounts.
