OPERA TOR: Right, have you a sink nearby that you can wet some towels to cool yourself

down and cover the windows?

CALLER: Yeah, is that what we should do?

OPERATOR: Yeah, keep doing that, wet towels will help you, okay?

CALLER: Uh-huh.

OPERA TOR: So, keep doing that there and if it gets worse make sure you call us back,

okay?

CALLER: Okay, okay, thank you.

OPERATOR: But there's no fire on the 101h floor, you're well away, well away from it, okay,

so you just need to stop the smoke, okay?

CALLER: So, are we, are we okay, are we okay to stay put for now? I mean will

someone come and get us? What do we do?

OPERATOR: Yeah, we're clearing the building, we're clearing the full building as we go,

can, can you see your way out?
