Purpose
Trigger
Perform this procedure to check the status of Purchase Order (PO) Acknowledgement for the Buyer when a Vendor Acknowledges the PO.
Prerequisites
Access to Inowits for the Vendor SAP Login ID and Password for the Buyer
Menu Path
Use the following menu paths to begin this transaction:

Procedure
1. Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

2. Click the Order Processing menu.

4. Click the Digitally Signed ePO link.

8. Select the first Confirm check box.

Order Processing - RIL Corporate Portal
20. Click the Minimize icon.The message Order has been submitted successfully is displayed.
The Buyer gets a confirmation mail after successful order submission.
