Aviation Cargo - Office EmployeesPersons requiring general security awareness such as office personnel, cleaners, engineers, etc.

Aviation Cargo - Warehouse Employees & DriversThis course will train personnel involved in the handling of cargo, courier and express parcels, mail and company stores, to apply security preventative measures in accordance with approved aviation security programmes.

Aviation Cargo - Screeners (X-ray, EDT, Hand Search)This course will train selected cargo / warehouse security screening personnel the application of cargo security screening and the recognition of prohibited items contained in cargo.

Aviation Cargo - Cargo warehouse / security supervisorThis course will train selected cargo supervisor personnel to supervise the application of cargo security preventative measures in accordance with the approved security programme.

Aviation Cargo - Security ManagerThis course will train selected cargo / warehouse security personnel the application of cargo security preventative measures in accordance with the approved security programme.

Aviation Security - Crisis ManagementTo provide management personnel with the knowledge and skills needed to develop and implement sound crisis management procedures.

Aviation ground security officerThe course, will train basic airport security personnel to enforce, monitor and apply airport security preventative measures in accordance with locally approved programs.

Aviation Security Management PersonnelThis course will train aviation security personnel at managerial level to plan, coordinate and implement the application of airport security preventative measures in accordance with approved programmes.

General Security AwarenessTo provide security awareness training to non-security employees such as, retail assistants, cleaners, engineers and terminal employees.

Known Consignor / ShipperBasic security training for companies manufacturing despatching air cargo.

X-Ray (CBT) X-Ray Image RecognitionThe X-ray interpretation simulator presents the student with a variety of X-ray images that include innocent and threat items. The student must determine if each image contains a prohibited item and should be held, contains a suspicious item and should be rejected for further inspection, or contains no prohibited items and should be cleared.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONOver the years we have seen the growth of regulations from ICAO, TSA, EU and National Governments. In the United Kingdom the Government have implemented additional security measures. These are referred to as ‘more stringent measures’. This is reflected in the training delivered to all airport employees including ground security officers, handling companies, retailers and suppliers. This training exceeds the minimum standards set by ICAO, TSA and the EU and the training offered will comply with the UK more stringent measures which will improve the security of the host nation’s airports and the travelling public.

Facilities sectorIQ Level 2 Award for upskilling a Security Supervisor within the Private Security Industry (QCF) - is a qualification developed to meet the security supervisors responsibilities.

IQ Level 2 Award for working as a CCTV Operator (Public Space Surveillance) Within the Private Security Industry (QCF) - is a qualification for individuals who work or would like to work as a CCTV Operator.

IQ Level 2 Award for working as a Security Supervisor within the Private Security Industry (QCF) - is a qualification for individuals who work or would like to work as a security supervisor.

IQ Level 2 Award for working as a Security Officer within the Private Security Industry (QCF) - is a qualification for individuals who work or would like to work as a Security Guard.

The IQ Level 1 Award in Fire Safety Awareness (QCF) - is a qualification aimed at individuals who intend to develop and gain formal recognition of their knowledge and understanding of fire safety, ranging from those who do not necessarily have any specific fire safety role to those planning to progress to further qualifications.

IQ Level 2 Award in Fire Safety Principles (QCF) - is a qualification aimed at individuals who intend to have responsibility for fire safety in the workplace. It provides learners with formal recognition of their knowledge and understanding of fire safety and is suitable for Fire Warden or Fire Marshall roles, as well as Managers, Supervisors and Team leaders.

IQ Level 3 Award in Facilities Management Practice (QCF) (CERT. ONLY) - is a Qualification for learners who work in facilities management and is suitable for the first line managers, trainee/assistant facilities managers and facilities management team leaders.

IQ Level 2 Award in Understanding Stewarding at Spectator Events (QCF) - This qualification is aimed at individuals who are interested in becoming stewards at spectator events, it covers the knowledge of preparing for spectator events, responding to injuries, illnesses and other emergencies, controlling the entry, exit and movement and monitoring crowds and responding to potential crowd problems at spectator events.

IQ Level 3 Award in Principles of Supervising Customer Service Performance in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism (QCF) - is a qualification for individuals who are or plan to be supervisors or managers in a customer service focused environment.

IQ Level 3 Award for Professional Investigators (QCF) - is a qualification for individuals who work or would like to work as Professional Investigators.

IQ Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training (QCF) - is a qualification for trainers who deliver or wish to deliver conflict management training at level 2.

Health and SafetyIQ Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at work (QCF) - is aimed at individuals who intend to develop and gain formal recognition of their knowledge, understanding and skills of first aid at work.

IQ Emergency First Aid at work at SCQF Level 5 - is aimed at individuals who intend to develop and gain formal recognition of their knowledge, understanding and skills of first aid at work.

IQ First Aid at work at SCQF Level 6 - is aimed at individuals who intend to develop and gain formal recognition of their Knowledge, understanding and skills of first aid at work. The course duration is a minimum of 3 days and the qualification is applicable to those who work or intend to work for a range of organisations, a all employers are required by law to offer First Aid provision to their employees.

IQ Level 1 Award in Health and Safety at work (QCF) - is a knowledge-based qualification for individuals who wish to gain formal recognition of their knowledge and understanding of health and safety in the workplace.

IQ Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the workplace (QCF) - is aimed at individuals who intend to develop and gain formal recognition of their knowledge, understanding and skills of first aid at work.

IQ Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling (QCF) - is a knowledge and competence based qualification for individuals who are either completely new or returning to work in a position Involving safe moving and handling. It provides learners with formal recognition of their knowledge and competence,

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety Catering - This qualification has been developed to address the growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments. Everyone who works with food has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and ensuring the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe.

Neville is an International speaker recently retired from the UK Police special branch with 31 years diverse policing experience skilled in partnership working at the border, community policing and counter terrorism.

Neville is a member of the Security Institute and has delivered Core Intelligence Training.

Neville rose to the rank of Detective Sergeant and served many years as a specialised firearms officer and in Special Branch dealing with sensitive government security issues. Counter Terrorism expert training counter terrorism to police officers and other agencies.

Neville is qualified trainer in Hostage rescue and close protection and escort of high risk individuals and tactical options, involved in both covert and overt armed operations dealing with armed offenders.

Neville has been involved on the development of armed response vehicles and tactical teams.

Responsible as a Police self-defence trainer; training individuals in the art of self-defence employing UK Government approved techniques.
