o Opening Remarks of the Presenter: Ms. Jaskiran welcomed all the participants from the respective universities and stated the objective of the training is to create awareness and familiarize the users on the Agri-Diksha web portal, its usage, features and functionality. She also stated that the training will present a thorough understanding of the Agri-DIKSHA application and provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions or seek clarifications. The Training would start with a presentation on the Agri-DIKSHA portal and application followed by a detailed live demo of the same.
o Opening Remarks of the Facilitators: Dr. Sudeep welcomed all the participants and briefed about the Agri-Diksha portal and it’s benefits as well as utilization. Dr. Sudeep stressed on the security of video of Agri-Diksha portal, wherein he stated that Agri-Diksha is currently located at 18 different locations. He thereon, further reiterated the significance and importance of the application to create a central video repository of all subject lectures across all Agricultural Universities.

o Agri-DIKSHA Presentation: Ms. Jaskiran presented the key-features, benefits of the Agri-DIKSHA portal. Further, Mr. Raghvendra Singh explained hardware of Agri-DIKSHA. Mr. Prabhat explained the functionality, recording of sessions, mobile applications and editing of video for handholding of all master trainers and faculties. The presentation was followed by a live demo the Agri-DIKSHA portal.
o Main Discussion Points: Following are the main intervention or suggestion points that were discussed in the query session of the Training.
• GADVASU, Ludhiana had question over separate faculty login and Student login
• PAU, Ludhiana had a question over iPhone application
o Concluding Remarks: Ms. Jaskiran thanked all the participants for their active participation, timely support and valuable feedback. She stressed on Agri-DIKSHA vision, entailing a systematic and holistic approach used to create a national level repository of all research projects thereby strengthening teaching and learning within agricultural universities.
o Feedback Form and Enclosed Annexures: Towards the end of the training session a feedback form was shared with all the participants for their valuable suggestions and inputs on how to improvise the Agri-DIKSHA portal and the training session.

Annexure 3: Feedback
The responses were collected from the participants who attended the Agri-DIKSHA Training. There was a total of 67 responses from the participants and these were collected through a google form. The feedback questionnaire was circulated via google forms online to all the 15 participating universities through email and WhatsApp. Participants were asked questions related to their training learning experience; knowledge before and after the training, on user roles and modules. The responses were rated on a Likert scale of 5 categories viz. very low, low, moderate, high and very high.
