Programme Introduction

Most managers strive for world class status,but few know how to achieve it.

In order to become a World Class Company we must first ensure our day to day performances are of World Class Performances.In the context of Prof.Drennan’s World Class Performance approaches,being World Class is the ability to perform at Level 5 of the World Class Performance Scorecard.If you are at Level 1 then you are just Ordinary Performance.

Ramli Abu Hassan,52,the Founder and Principal Consultant of Diversified Promotion & Service Sdn.Bhd. since 1996 as well as being a Writer,Promoter,Speaker,Trainer and Practitioner of Total Quality and Productivity with almost 20 years working experience with a Major Multi National Japanese company and as an ex-Banker with a local bank have now taken the initiative (from 2006 to 2008) to promote and teach the subject of The 12 Ladders to World Class Performance to all Malaysian companies and organizations both in the private and government sectors.

This subject was initially introduced in Malaysia through Professor David Drennan,Founder and Managing Director of Good People Management International Ltd (UK) from 5th to 7thDecember,2005 organised and promoted by Diversified Promotion & Service Sdn.Bhd.(DPS) together with the support of Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and Asian Productivity Organisation (APO).

This Q-C-D FACTOR Workshop Session is one of the logical and sure-way for companies to embark on this World Class Journey of Excellence.Only when you have installed an excellent Q-C-D Methodology will ensure you Great Business Results with Certainty and your road to World Class Performances.Many World Class companies in this world have shown that by concentrating on the efforts for the Q-C-D Factor can they successfully achieve their Business Plan to become a Prosperous,Dynamic and Responsible Corporate Entity.

Programme Objectives

This highly participative programme will enable participants at the end of the programme to:

1. Identify the importance of the Q-C-D Factor in making their business success a certainty.

2. Identify the different Q-C-D measures on which their organizations can move from Level 1(ordinary performance) to Level 5 (world class)

3. Focus on the Q-C-D measures and targets important to their organizations survival and growth.

4. Use a scorecard approach to build a strategy for continuous improvement of Q-C-D performances

5. Implement a Q-C-D measurement initiative (action plan) in their organisations

Reference will be made throughout the programme to David Drennan’s highly acclaimed book ’ “12 Ladders to World Class Performance” and Ramli Abu Hassan’s first book “Revolusi Aksi” plus Ramli’s new book (second book)“The QCD Factor”-to be released soon.Participants will be given extensive opportunities to review and share experiences and approaches from their organisations.Lectures,workshops and case studies will be applied as the course training methodology. They will be invited to draw up personal action plans at the conclusion of the programme.

Methodology:A highly participative and interactive approach incorporating individual and group workshop exercises,discussions,presentations,role plays,case studies and lectures.

For Whom (participants) :Business (including Government) Leaders,Senior Management,Heads of Divisions,Depts,Units,All Managers and Executives involved in projects for “Making YOUR Business Success a Certainty” and “Making YOUR Company World Class.”

Your Investments for this training:

1.The professional fees (Encik Ramli Abu Hassan-Trainer)will be RM 3,500.00 per day.This training is for 2 days =RM7,000.00

2.Training materials will be provided for 25 participants (max)-Free of charge.Additional participants will be charged @RM 25.00 for each Training Manual provided.

3. Training room,tea-breaks,lunches,LCD Projector and Screen to be provided/paid for by Host Company.1 Notebook will be provided from DPS (Trainer)

4.All other arrangements will be decided and agreed upon by the Host Company and DPS.

5.The Host Company will have to pay at cost for all travel(by air or by car),accommodation ( one single room) and meals including day of travel and departure for Encik Ramli if the project is done outside of Klang Valley locations.All these costs will be identified earlier and billed accordingly to Client (Host Co.)
