Mobilizing Volunteers

• The Process– Check website www.worldhope.org for

information– Team Leader registers group on website link– Recruit volunteers (age 18 or older)– Disaster Relief Coordinator contacts the

Team Leader – Check website for supply list– Complete Volunteer Forms (in appendix of

this manual)

3. Will you commit to gathering all necessary supplies and information in the weeks following your training?

staging area• Involves church leadership at staging area• Encourages the body of believers • Manages distribution of supplies• Organizes the work• Manages teams• Keeps records• Works on an exit strategy with the DRO• Encourages the local church to continue

ministering to the community once WHI departs
