Rationale:Pressure is inevitable in the working environment. This will often lead to the mental anxiety called stress. Stress could affect the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization and its day to day operation. In order to aid and avoid this dilemma, Carajay offers a stress training and seminar to all employees to ensure high quality standard in the restaurant operations.

Objectives:At the end of the training program, the participants are expected to: Learn how to handle stress and disturbances in the day to day operation Learn how to communicate and value both guest and employee in times of pressure Have an ability to organize and solve daily concerns
