General Information on Training OptionsTraining Language

The official language for all training is English. However, we aim to providemost of our courses in any language requested, either using our own instructorsor via interpreters.

Training Documentation

All training documentation is written in English. All instructions anddocumentation for equipment, etc., handled during the course is distributed toparticipants during the course.

Size of Classes

The size of each class is limited to ensure that participants are able to take fulladvantage of the equipment used during training, and thus assure the highestquality for the training provided. Normal class size is 8-16 participants.

Examinations

After successful completion of a course, the participants receive a certificate thatverifies their attendance. A complete certification procedure involving testing theparticipant’s knowledge is available on request.

Required Equipment

A fully equipped classroom with at least one whiteboard and an overheadprojector is needed for all courses. For practical technical courses, equipment isneeded to complete exercises. Generally, it is not possible to use equipment fromsystems in operation, since the exercises involve changing the configuration ofthe system. For this reason, practical technical courses are normally conducted atan Ericsson Training Center.
