• None were motivated to go to school,
they all got their certification of apprenticeship

Evaluation of the projects
• Completed in 2015 and looked at:
• How basic skills are incoorporated in prisons
• The effect(s) it had on inmates
• The effect(s) it had on the teachers and prison staff
• Variations between high and low security prison
• Cooperation between prison staff and teachers
