    The Bergamos situation is not a negative exception in Italy, but it is the common state ofart in all

    the country. Italy is in backwardness conditions respect to the north European countries in terms of

    efficient and eco-friendly transports.

    In dense urban areas, traditional construction of new capacity is cost-prohibitive and often physically

    impossible

    people cruising for parking, spending between 3.5 and 14 minutes

    searching for a space each time they park

    Bergamo limits:. A lot of parking in narrow streets.. No wide parking spaces. No uniforme management of privateand public parking areas
