Children's Ensemble | Lidia Blatz, director Sing Noel, sing Noel, Noel, Noel! Sing we all Noel! Sing we all Noel! While shepherds kept their watching o'er silent flocks by night, Behold, throughout the heavens, there shone a holy light! Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere; Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born! The shepherds feared and trembled, when lo, above the earth Rang out the angel chorus that hailed our Savior's birth! Down in a lowly manger the humble Christ was born, And brought us God's salvation that blessed Christmas morn! Sing we all Noel! Sing we all Noel! Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere; Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born!

  • Each Sunday during the Advent season we light a candle in our morning services and read the corresponding Scripture so that we may focus our attention on Jesus and glorify him. We use three purple candles representing Hope, Love and Peace, and a pink candle representing the Joy that is ours because of Christ’s coming into the world and into our hearts and lives. The white candle in the center of the wreath is lit on Christmas Eve and represents the birth of Jesus. This tradition, dating back to A.D. 600, reminds us that the center of the Church and the center of our Christmas celebration is Jesus.

Let every heart prepare Him room!
