Our Rental Fee provides a Thursday-Sunday reservation of our 26 suites in our 3 homes. This is the minimum reservation required. Additional nights can be added

to your reservation. Please ask for details.

As would be anticipated with a vacation rental reservation, hosts are encouraged to set & collect a lodging rate for their guests to contribute toward the

accommodations expense associated with their reservation of the estate.

Reserve Your WeekendOur in season weekends reserve 18 months in advance since

we host only one wedding a weekend.

B O O K I N G P R O C E S S

When you determine French’s Point is the right choice of venue for your gathering, securing your weekend is quite simple:

1. A virtual contract link will be emailed to you and your fiancé for your signature.

2. Once the virtual contract is executed, your date will be held for 5 days until the

reservation retainer is received by our office.3. Your $10,000 reservation retainer can be paid via check or by wire transfer.

4. Please confirm with our office which payment method you have selected to paythe reservation retainer and when it has been sent or initiated.

5. Once we confirm receipt of the reservation retainer and the dually executedreservation contract, your reservation is official.
