TradeTech Architecture History

Worldwide Business Research (WBR) launched the TradeTech event series as the premier senior-level conferences for traders and technologists in 2001 in Europe. In 2005, WBR North America brought the events to the US market to rave reviews; andnow has TradeTechs annually addressing equity trading, trading hardware and software, FXtrading, derivatives trading, and more in New York, San Francisco, and Toronto. TradeTechhas become a global brand with events in Asia, India, Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

TradeTech Architecture was launched in 2008 as the Financial Technology Congress (FTC).120 capital markets technology executives attended to discuss ways to optimizetechnology platforms and infrastructure. Vendors made up less than half the audience. Theevent took a year off in 2009, but WBR responded to its customers’ feedback and needs bybringing FTC back to the market for 2010, but with a new name: TradeTech Architecture.TradeTech Architecture has been bringing financial technology executives together for thepast two years in London and Hong Kong.
