Tradesource acknowledge that it is every person, as well as every business’ responsibility to do their part to reduce our carbon footprint and help our environment. We also strive for a reduced paper environment within our own offices, efficient and power-saving systems, from light-ing and computers, to car-pooling! Our Newsletters are even offered on-line and in the future will only be mailed by paper to those specific members who prefer the paper version to the on-line version.

Is having clean water breaking your pocketbook?

Traditional Water Softeners that use salt or

potassium create acidic and brine residues which harm the environment and waste water, all leaving a negative impact. Bottled water makes an even harsher impact on the environment with the plastic waste. Walt Kemmer has the answer to this problem. “Our Salt Free Water Filtration combined with

our impulse technology is the most comprehensive product which offers no ill effects of salt water softeners and is a fantastic solution that replaces RO Drinking Water,” says Walt. “We do not experience the same waste and high acidic water that occurs from an RO drinking water system. Our House Water System is very efficient and wastes very little while delivering perfectly balanced pH levels for drinking water. There is NO maintenance, NO salt, NO potassium, NO filters to change and NO acidic RO water. There is NO reason to buy bottled water anymore when you own an mPULSE 3000 system since you get fresh filtered water (with all the nutrients) at every faucet in your home. Our eco-friendly system discharges NO brine into the environment and is the best solution for hard water.” To learn more information, contact Deep Blue

The Greenway High School ROTC has generously donated their time and talent to our Trade Fair this year to benefit Toys 4 Tots, a non-profit organization that helps under-privileged children experience the Holidays the way all children should, with hope, joy and excitement. Tradesource, Inc. has joined with Greenway High’s ROTC in this effort and is contributing $2,000 in toys for the Toys 4 Tots program. This collaboration has blessed us with the ROTC’s help and entertainment! Greenway High’s ROTC is opening our Fair with the presentation of the colors, and enthralling us after lunch with their military-style demonstration.

Following the honoring of the flag in the morning and the lunchtime demonstration, the young men and women will be helping with our curbside package check service. They will also help members with moving product from the booths to vehicles and with quickly closing down at the end of the fair. With this new, much needed and appreciated help, we expect that this year’s package check service will run quite smoothly. We also ask all members and shoppers to do their part in thanking the ROTC by donating toys purchased on trade or by offering trade dollars to the Toys 4 Tots cause. Your donations will be accepted at the Registration Desk.

B2BCFO www.alschaapcfo.com Most of the decisions made in today’s business world involve the company’s financial leader. In order to sell them you have to know how to speak CFO. In order to speak CFO you have to know the terminology, you have to understand what motivates a CFO and how to solve the problems that they face every day. A CFO worries about Cash Flow, how to conserve cash, how to produce cash and how to get more cash. We create value by encouraging strategic thinking, how to position the company for the products and services they provide or how to improve operations. We also make sure the financials are accurate, banking relations are up to date and effective budgets are in place. Business owners are passionate about their businesses but many times, they work IN their business not ON their business. I force them to think strategically even to the point of being pushy and thinking outside the box.Contact: Alexander Schaap @ 602.369.0017 28840 N. 46th St., Cave Creek

One of the BEST Pizza places in Arizona. They even have

Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza. On my pizza I had Pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese. You can choose your own kind of

crust, toppings and sauce. For dessert they have carrot cake, chocolate cake, and chocolate and strawberry fudge. Lots of choices for drinks from Orange

Juice and other kid drinks to Mom and Dad Drinks of beer and wine. A “must-go-and-

eat-there-at-least-once” kind of place. I can’t wait to go back.
