Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

There is a possibility that you could sustain a loss of all or more of your investment therefore you

should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks

associated with Foreign Exchange trading. Unique experiences and past performances do not

guarantee future results! Testimonials herein are unsolicited and are non-representative of all clients;

certain accounts may have worse performance than that indicated. Trading stocks, futures, options

results may vary.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF

WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL

FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE

ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM.

ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY

PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT

INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT

FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO

WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING

LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING

RESULTS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY

ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL OF

WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS.

Substantial risk is involved. Forex trading has large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You

Trade Vision FX

Look ahead with Trade Vision FX!

Trade Vision FX is a trading tool that is intended to find and then simplify the operation of trading.

It monitors the market for potential trade setups using proprietary algorithms that took four years in

development.

The Trade Vision FX algorithm handles five components of trading:

1. Scans market conditions.

2. Indicates Pre-trade setups.

3. Alerts and displays Trade Entry setups with stop loss and target levels.

4. Provides a quick and easy method to execute trades.

5. Monitors open trade conditions tick-by-tick.

Pre-trade Alert Notification

One unique attribute of Trade Vision FX is an automated

function constantly scanning a currency pair for

favorable pre-trade setups. Once market conditions

align, a Pre- Entry box displays on the chart and triggers

an alert and notification, if set. A Pre-Entry box will signal

a potential Long or Short trade setup. In this example,

a light blue box is shown for a pre-entry Long condition.

Trade Entry Alert Notification

The beauty of Trade Vision FX is its automation. When

exact conditions are satisfied, Trade Vision FX displays a

Trade Entry Box, either Long or Short, with 2 Trade Target

levels and a Stop Loss level. In this example, a

darker blue box, the Long Trade Entry box, is shown with

two Trade Target levels and a Stop Loss level. The white

vertical time line indicates when the alert was triggered.

Trade Vision Execute Script

Trade Vision FX is designed to make trade execution easy. Place complete trades in seconds with the

integrated “drag and drop” Trade Vision Execute Script.

When a user clicks, drags, and drops the Execute Script onto a chart, it automatically:

1. Determines position size, either Account percent or Fixed size.

2. Identifies the Stop Loss level.

3. Identifies the Target (Take Profit) level, either Target 1 or Target 2.

4. Provides a Confirm Trade execution message, either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, as shown below.

Trade Vision Momentum Arrow, Session Trend, and Heat Vision

Trade Vision FX provides a simple ways to manage open trades at a glance:

1. Momentum Arrow – a large arrow near the top right corner. The angle and color of the arrow gives

traders a way to know the momentum of an open trade tick-by-tick.

2. Session Trend – a hand or face symbol to the right of the momentum arrow. If not in a trade, a

white hand symbol points in the direction of the session trend. If in a trade, a colored face symbol

appears

Benefits of trading with the Trade Vision FX:

1. Identify favorable trade setups.

2. Set alerts and notifications of trade entries.

3. Know stop loss and trade targets levels at trade entry.

4. Spend less time watching charts and more time focused on trading!

Heat Vision

An integral element of Trade Vision FX is Heat Vision, a graphical interpretation of the current market

bias of a currency pair comparing the base currency (currency on the left of the pair) to the quote

currency (the currency of the right of the pair). For instance with the EUR/USD, the Euro is the base

currency while the US Dollar is the quote currency.

Use Heat Vision to determine if the current market bias favors the direction of a potential trade.

1. Understanding the Heat Vision graph:

Yellow Line – Represents an aggregate of the data for both currencies.

Blue Line – Represents the Base currency.

Green Line – Represents the Quote currency.

White (Center) Line – Represents a threshold from Long to Short.

Light Gray bands – Above and below center show areas where trades have better potential.

Heat Vision shows the directional bias over 7 bars of data.

2. Reading the Heat Vision graph:

High trade confidence: Yellow, Green and Blue lines are near each other and

angled in same direction.

Fair trade confidence:

o Yellow line is flat or slightly angled with Green and Blue lines are far apart

but angled is same direction.

o Yellow line is flat or slightly angled with Green and Blue lines are near but

angled differently.

Low trade confidence: Yellow line is flat with Green and Blue lines far apart

and diverging from each other.

Trade Vision FX

Heat Vision

3. Trading the Heat Vision graph:

Long:

o Yellow line is angled up and within the upper Light Gray trade band.

o Blue or Green line is above the Yellow line, angled up, and within the upper

Light Gray trade band.

Short:

o Yellow line is angled down and within the lower Light Gray trade band.

o Blue or Green line is below the Yellow line, angled down, and within the

lower Light Gray trade band.

Trade suggestions for Open trades that might have completed the current move:

Long:

Yellow line is above upper trade band (end of move soon)

Yellow line is angled down (end of move soon or imminent)

Blue line above Yellow line, below upper trade band, and angled down (end of

move imminent)

Short:

Yellow line is below lower trade band (end of move soon)

Yellow line is angled up (end of move soon or imminent)

Blue line below Yellow line, above lower trade band, and angled up (end of

move imminent)

Chart Factor

Chart Factor can be used by a trader to determine a modified Stop Loss Level. It is a parameter of the

Dashboard Settings, and located in the left lower corner of the chart.

Trade Vision FX is designed to place a calculated Stop Loss level above a previous High and below a

previous Low when the Execute Script is used. Generally, this placement is a good Stop Loss level.

However, depending on a trader’s risk tolerance, the calculated Stop Loss Level may be too far from the

Trade Entry price. In this case, a trader can calculate a modified Stop Loss Level using the Chart Factor.

The Chart Factor is an algorithm that calculates the average price candlestick length over a period of

time. The price candle length is the distance from the candlestick High to the candlestick Low. For

instance, suppose the length from High to Low in pips for five candlesticks is 9, 11, 13, 10, and 7. The

average candlestick length is 10 … (9 + 11 + 13 + 10 + 7 = 50 / 5 candles = 10).

To determine a modified Stop Loss level, it is recommended to multiply the Chart Factor number by

2, 2.25, or 2.5.

Using the average candlestick length of 10 in the example above, a modified Stop Loss level could be

20, 22.5, or 25 depending on the risk tolerance of the trader.

In this example, the calculated Stop Loss

level is 1.33788, which is a distance of 27.2

pips away from the Trade Entry price. In

the lower left corner, the Chart Factor

display reads 6.8.

By using the Chart Factor calculations as

suggested above, the modified Stop Loss

(mSL) levels below the Trade Entry Price

could be as follows:

6.8 x 2 = 13.6 … mSL at 1.33924

6.8 x 2.25 = 15.3 … mSL at 1.33907

6.8 x 2.5 = 17 … mSL at 1.33890

Chart Factor

Once a modified Stop Loss level is determined, a trader can either:

1. Click and drag the Stop Level trade line to the modified level. MetaTrader options must be set to

allow this functionality.

2. Locate the Terminal window, select the trade, and enter the modified Stop Loss price.
