Develop the range of selected incentives that promote the instrumental rationality of the potential members, getting rid of the free-rider effect and that strengthen the loyalty of the real members.

Ghent system: highest expression of the institutional action of the trade unions, which participate in the direct management of benefits relating to unemployment, retirement, training and others, which explains membership rates of over 50% among employees.
