Dedicated Exhibit HoursEducation sessions are not scheduled during show hours, this maximizes traffic and allows attendees to focus on the exhibits.
Welcome Reception and Exhibits Grand OpeningThis very popular event is the official kickoff to the con-vention and will be held on Wednesday, October 25 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Complimentary Food and Beverage Stations for the Welcome Reception and Thursday lunch are placed strategically inside the exhibit hall to draw attendees and enhance traffic flow.
Show Promotion and MarketingThe HFTP Annual Convention is extensively promoted to HFTP’s members through direct mail, e-mail, social media, the HFTP web site, HFTP chapter meetings, The Bottomline magazine and HFTP News web site. Members of allied hospitality associations are also targeted through direct mail and advertising campaigns.
In addition, the event is advertised in industry publications and web sites such as Club Management, hotelresource.com, Hospitality Upgrade, Hotel-Online and many more.

Keynote Sessions ........................................ $2,000As the exclusive sponsor, your company name is prominently displayed and verbal recognition is given at the beginning of each session, a table is provided for marketing materials/giveaways in the rear of the room and a one-page brochure is placed inside the registration bags.
Concurrent Education Sessions .............................. $750 per track / $2,000 for three session packageReach your target audience by sponsoring the club, hotel, CFO or general education tracks. Sponsors receive signage outside the session rooms, verbal recognition at the sessions and a table for marketing materials/giveaways in the rear of the room.
Welcome Reception and Exhibits Grand Opening .............................. $4,000Kick off the HFTP Annual Convention by sponsoring the Welcome Reception and grand opening of the convention on Wednesday. This is the attendees’ first opportunity to meet and network with fellow members, visit exhibitors and enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Sponsor receives signage at the entrance to and inside the exhibit hall and a one-page brochure inside the registration bags.
Lunch in the Exhibit Hall ............................. $2,000 After morning sessions on Thursday, lunch is served while attendees visit the convention exhibits to learn about the products and services on display. Signage is provided at each food station and sponsor has the option of furnishing imprinted mints or beverage cups.
Refreshment Breaks: Thursday or Friday .......................... $1,000 per dayRefreshment breaks are provided during the education sessions on Thursday and Friday. Includes signage at the re-freshment stations and sponsor has the option of furnishing imprinted mints or beverage cups.
HFTP Annual Tribute to Success ................... $7,500 (Formerly President’s Evening) This formal and fun evening is dedicated to recognizing individuals who have made a significant impact on both HFTP and the hospitality industry. Sponsor benefits include prominent signage, verbal recog-nition, opportunity to place a one-page brochure inside the registration bags and two tickets to the event.
