TRACK YOUR MINDSET Introduction: With mindsetter you can monitor recipients progress and learning retention through our tracking and reporting tools. Regularly check learning reports to review recipients’ answers and download detailed progress reports and engagement statistics. You can also get reports and statistics on any mindsets you are selling. In this guide, you will learn how to:

1. Track Individuals: You can view a statistical overview of a participants level of engagement or you can drill down and look at each response to a mindtrigger. You can also export this information into a Word document or email. Click “TRACK mindsets,” then select “for Individuals” from the sub-menu. Use the search tool and either enter the name of the recipient or the name of the mindset in the appropriate field and click the search icon. If you can’t remember the exact recipient or mindset name, you can simply type the first letter. Choose the desired mindset and press “change status/view results” to review various statistics and reports!

Track responses Check out the answers that your recipient provided for each completed mindtrigger in the mindset. Mindset statistic Here you can get a statistical overview of the mindset for a specific recipient, e.g. average time spent on a mindtriggers, and more.

Export responses & statistics: Export recipient data, responses and statistics provided by recipients either as a Word document or as plain text.

2. Track Groups: Viewing group progress is similar to tracking individuals. You can view a statistical overview of a group’s level of engagement or you can drill down and look at each individuals response to a mindtrigger. You can also export this information into a Word document or email. Click “TRACK mindsets,” then select “for Groups” from the sub-menu. Use the search tool and either enter the name of the group or the name of the mindset in the appropriate field and click the search icon. If you can’t remember the exact group or mindset name, you can simply type the first letter. Choose the desired mindset and press “change status/view results” to review various statistics and reports of this group!

Track individual progress Here you can view the progress of each recipient and also check if the email was delivered and what the mindset status is.

Track group statistics Here you can view the group statistics of the mindset (status, progress, etc.). Export Responses & Statistics: Export recipient data, responses and statistics provided by recipients. You will be able to choose how detailed this report export will be.

3. Track your sales: If you chose to sell your mindset you can see how well your mindset is doing by accessing various reports and list pertaining to this mindset. Click “TRACK mindsets,” then press “for Public” or “for Distributor” depending to whom you chose to offer/sell the mindset. Enter the name of the mindset, buyer or distributor, press “return” and a list of the offers is listed. Choose the desired mindset and press “change status/view results” to review various statistics and reports of this mindset!

Track buyers Review a list of everyone who bought the mindset and how far along they are. Track statistics Read various statistics about this mindset’s specific sales, e.g. average time to complete a mindtrigger.
