INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Position the Track-O backwards to the base of the jib crane.

2. Remove the drawer from the Track-O

and put the jib crane breaker to

« OFF » position.

3. Connect the wiring extensions

control/power to the red and black

connectors of Track-O and of Jib

crane.

4. Put the jib crane breaker to "ON"

position and then put the Track-O

drawer in place.

5. Back off the Track-O until the back lower studs get completely through the base of the jib

crane.

The pedestal height can be changed with a lifting device or horizontal mast of the jib crane.

6. Retract the vertical mast cylinder.

It moves the jib crane base towards

the Track-O, pass through the studs

to get a perfect seating.

7. Set the rear part with 8 nuts ½-13, 8

lock washers and 8 washers.

8. Set the upper part with 8 bolts ½ -

13 x 1 ¼ and 8 lock washers.

9. Move the jib crane in order to remove the lifting device.

10. Remove the drawer from the

Track-O and put the jib crane breaker to « OFF » position.

11. Unplug the wiring extensions

control/power and plug the red and

black control/power connectors of the

jib crane to the Track-O.

12. Replace the jib crane breaker to "ON"

position and then put the Track-O

drawer in place.

13. The jib crane can now be used with the Track-O.

UNINSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Locate a beam or any other lifting system (chain fall, etc.) with a 500 kg or more lifting

capacity and having a minimum height of 7 feet.

2. Move the Track-O with jib crane installed to this area.

3. Remove the drawer from the

Track-O and put the jib crane breaker to « OFF » position.

4. Unplug the red and black connectors

« control/power » from jib crane.

5. Connect the wiring extensions

control/power to the red and black

connectors of Track-O and of Jib crane.

6. Put the jib crane breaker to "ON"

position and then put the Track-O

drawer in place.

7. Position the crane so that the 2

masts make a 90 degrees angle.

8. Attach a sling just behind the

horizontal mast cylinder pivot.

Attach this sling to lifting device or

selected beam.

The lifting device or beam must have

a 500 kg or more lifting capacity with

a minimum height of 7 feet.

9. Remove the 8 nuts behind the base

and the 8 bolts on top.

10. Deploy the vertical mast cylinder.

It releases the jib crane base from the rear upper studs.

11. Move the Track-O forward until

complete removal of jib crane base

from the Track-O.

The jib crane is completely removed

and is in balance.

12. Put the jib crane breaker to « OFF »

position and unplug the

“control/power” wiring extensions.

13. The Track-O can be used without the jib crane.
