Lines visible in the pygmy region ∼6MeV
Possible different lines from NRF

16O channel: high energy γ-ray lowbackground from target.....
FWHM ∼ 0.9%

Extension to the RIB casepros&cons
H low cross section ∼1 mb (→ Edoardo’s)
H ion-beam energy, in most of the case limited to 10 MeVA
N radioactive-beam intensity (up to 109pps)
� targets: film or plastic (too low energy for the rest)
N equipment (high-efficiency demanded): 1%(∼10MeV) for
γs and 50%, at least, for light ions and particles
⇒ if so, lower limit to 106 for beam current

Conclusions
FZ Detectors existing and in nTD in ordering
PSA achieved under testing conditions (radiation hardness?)
FEE/BEE/DAQ on their way, slowly
Successful experimental activity pursued with AGATA and stable
beam at LNL
extension to the RIB to be explored
Collaborations are vital (GHT,... FARCOS)
