    3.3 Technique Request: (1) The part must be dipped varnish and must be dipped in vacuum. Varnish must go through the

    neighborhood layers of the coil. The coil should not loose. (2) External of part must be immaculate, marking must be clear. (3) Two cores must be aim, not shift. Core and winding should not move. (4) Script or marking orient Pin 1 . (5) Lead wire of every pin must set an individual groove. (6) The transformer is a lead free product.     (1). The part normal work be allowed ambient temperature: -25 ~ +85 .℃ ℃ (2). The part must be allowed maximum high temperature: +130 .℃ (3). The part normal work be allowed temperature rise: 40℃ (4). The part is allowed storage ambient temperature: -25 ~ +85 .℃ ℃ (5). Storage life: one year (6). The part be allowed work ambient frequency: 1 KHz ~ 300 KHz.

    5. Reliability : 5.1 Strength test: [Ref. GB/T 2423.29-1999]

    The load of 20N (φ1.0/20N; φ0.8/15N; φ0.7, 0.6, 0.5/10N) shall be applied to the terminal and hold for 1minute. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

    5.2 Bending strength: [Ref. GB/T 2423.29-1999] The load of 10N (φ1.0/10N; φ0.8, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5 / 5N) shall be applied to the terminal, from the vertical direction bending 90º,back to original position, the opposite direction bending 90º, back to original position,those 4 steps is one cycle, total test 2 cycles. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

    5.3 Vibration: [Ref. GB/T 2423.10-2008] Amplitude:1.5mm Max,1 minute change from 10Hz-55Hz-10Hz, vibration direction: three axials X,Y,and Z, vibration time: each axial 2 hours, total of 6 hours; Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

    5.4 High temperature resistance: [Ref. GB/T 2423.2-2008] The transformer shall be stored at 125±2℃ for 500 hours. then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

    5.5 Cool resistance: [Ref. GB/T 2423.1-2008] The transformer shall be stored at -25±2℃ for 500 hours. then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

    5.6 Damp heat: [Ref. GB/T 2423.3-2008] The transformer shall be stored at 40±2℃ and relative humidity 90%~95% for 500 hours. then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

    5.7 Thermal Shock: [Ref. SJ/T10004-91 & GB/T 2423.22-2002] The transformer shall be test 5 cycles,then take out on standard atmospheric pressure for 2 hours. Note: Step 1-2-3-4 is one cycle. Total: 5 cycles. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity.

    5.8 Solder ability test [Ref. TPV RDS-02]

    Put the terminal in fluxing for 2~3 seconds,after fluxing,component terminal shall be dipped in a melted solder bath at 235±5℃ for 2.5±0.5seconds. More than 90% of terminal electrode should be covered with solder. Note: Solder ability should meet TPV《RoHS 零件可焊性、耐焊接热试验规范》,RDS-02

    5.9 Solder heat test [Ref. TPV RDS-02]

    Preheat temperature:120℃ for 80 seconds,After preheat,put the component terminal dipped in a melted solder bath at 260+5/-0℃ for 10 seconds.Then inspect the sample. Electrical, Mechanical Characteristics and insulation should not be abnormity. Note: Solder heat test should meet TPV《RoHS 零件可焊性、耐焊接热试验规范》,RDS-02
