Tactical would like to partner with you on your next project. The Tactical Panel Systems™ (TPS),

division was founded in 2016, with the goal of providing an alternative to the expensive, non-portable

tactical panel systems currently available.

The overwhelming success of Tactical Panel Systems™ has led to the evolution of TPS Tactical. A range

of new innovative tactical products was launched June 4th, 2019.

ADVANCED NON-BALLISTIC PREMIER HIGH-GRADE PANELS The Systems are constructed with TPS Tactical™ advanced composite building panels. A polyester fire-

retardant resin system in a slate gray color. The fire-retardant resin meets the requirements of Class 1

rating of 25 or less per ASTM E-84 and the self-extinguishing requirements of ASTM D-635. The resin

mixture is UV inhibited and the composite includes a surface veil on all exposed surfaces for enhanced

corrosion and UV protection. The modular construction system consists of a small number of interlocking

fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) structural components, produced by the pultrusion process. Each panel is

3″ thick x 24″ wide (80mm x 605mm) nominal size and features a cellular construction. Panels are

connected using the 3-way connector posts and seamless toggles.

The versatility of the TPS tactical training

system means that any size of structure is

possible. The size, shape, positions of doors can

all be changed quickly and easily. The standard

TPS panels are shipped to the end-user pre-

formed to sizes 4’ high by 2’ wide, with 8’ 3-

way or 4-way connection posts. The panels are

completed with a top cap to provide a smooth

finished professional look. TPS Tactical

Training Systems has a ‘no limits’ approach to

its business model. We will provide you with

any size of panels from 2’ to 20’ high, any style

of door or window. Doorway assemblies are

typically constructed to slot into any 4’ section

of your tactical training system. The doorway

assemblies can be built to accept any style of

door that you choose, including TPS Tactical™

Ram/Pry breaching doors.

Modular Tactical Ballistic Panel System. TPS Tactical™ exclusive modular solution for ballistic panels allows the creation of different scenarios.

TPS Tactical constructs a 4 ft wide steel frame to house each ballistic panel.

The panels connect to each other and additionally locked together with a steel cap to provide complete

rigidity.

The ballistic panels are easily inserted into the frames.

This allows for a fast and easy solution to replace ballistic panels after exposure to live rounds.

The unique framing system also provides the flexibility for the user to move the system in a new location

or set up countless new scenarios.

TPS Tactical Ballistic Resistant panels deliver superior protection against bullets and blast fragments.

Panels capture the ballistic projectiles in a process called ply-delamination without ricochet or spalling.

The unique design makes our ballistic panels one of the safest and easy to work with ballistic protection

solutions available.

Through a proprietary manufacturing process combining woven-roving fiberglass with resin, the panels

are precision-assembled and cured in a press with heat and pressure, maintaining quality and consistency.

TPS Tactical Defender The TPS Defender™ is built using ballistic-resistant fiberglass or

glass polycarbonate panels for high bulletproof performance. The

fiberglass panel composites are woven from a roving ballistic-grade

fiberglass. This allows for maximum ballistic performances of the

fiberglass panels, through proper de-lamination and reliable projectile

retention.

The TPS Defender™ stands at a height of 74” from the ground and

has an overall width of 51”. It is set on four, total lock, impact-

resistant nylon, noise absorbing, smooth ride casters.

One person can easily move the ballistic panel into position.

The caster assembly design allows nesting from 0° to 45° orientation

and 90° orientation. Additional caster options are not required. The

caster legs nest together without modification.

Our new breaching door has two easy access slots.

Insert one or two dowels. Using various sizes of

The dowel system is designed for both Ram and Pry

application. It has a flush ram strike plate and steel pry

point for relentless punishment.
