1.1 Alcance y objetivo

Este documento contiene los detalles de lasactividades de control de calidad a realizardurante la ejecucin de las actividades civiles enlas estaciones de medicin y compresin, ascomo en el rea de vlvulas del Gasoducto. Losdocumentos se emiten a nivel de proyecto, comoPlanes de Control de Calidad y contienen la

informacin completa del proyecto de su requisitoy de las obligaciones contractuales.

1.2 Trminos y definiciones

Los siguientes trminos y definiciones sonaplicables a este QCP:

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 Scope and objective

This document contains the details of QualityControl activities to be done during theexecution to the civil activities of thecompression and metering station, and in thearea of pipeline valves. The documents areissued, at Project level, as Quality Control Plancomplete with Project informations, Project

requirements and contractual obligations.

1.2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions areapplicable to this QCP:

QCPPlan de Control de la Calidad del Proyecto:Documento de proyecto para gestionar lasactividades de inspeccin, derivadas delSaimexicana QCR e integrado con todas las

especficas obligaciones contractuales delcliente.

ITPPlan de Inspeccin y Prueba: Seccin(es)especficas del QCP que identifican y definen lassecuencias de la inspeccin, que se prepara deacuerdo con el ITP correspondiente del QCR conincluidos todos los trminos contractuales,aplicables la ingeniera y los requisitos de los

QCPProject Quality Control Plan: Project documentto manage inspection activities, derived fromSaimexicana QCR and integrated with allspecific contract/client obligations.

ITPInspection and Test Plan: Specific Section(s) ofQCP that identify and define Inspectionsequences, it is prepared in accordance with thecorresponding ITP(s) of QCR and with all theapplicable contractual, engineering and vendorsrequirements. The ITP(s) provide references to

2.0 PLANEACION DE CONTROL CALIDAD

2.1 Informacin relacionada con estedocumento.

Este documento incluyes los Planes deInspecciones y Pruebas ITP(s) y los formatospara las inspecciones a realizarse durante lasactividades de campo.

2.2 Descripcin cdigo deintervencin.

2.2.1 Punto de Espera (H):Presencia Obligatoria para la inspeccin. Lasolicitud de Inspeccin es emitida por escrito(IN/RFI), por la organizacin de construccin con

el fin de informar con el debido anticipo detiempo todas las partes involucradas, para laasistencia obligatoria requerida por el punto "H".En caso de no asistencia de la organizacininvolucrada se requiere una renuncia por escritoantes de la ejecucin de la inspeccin, en casocontrario, la ejecucin de la inspeccin se llevara cabo en su ausencia.

2.2 Description of the Involvement Code

2.2.1 Hold Point (H):Mandatory presence for the inspection.

A written notification (IN/RFI) is issued in duetime by the Construction organization, in order to

inform the required attendance of theorganizations involved by the H point.In case of not attendance by the organizationinvolved a written waiver is required before theinspection execution; in contrary case theinspection execution can take place in theirabsence.
