Enteringits22nd season,the2018ToyotaU.S.GrandPrixtraditionallybringstogethertheworld’sbestcompetitivefreeskiers.Theseriesbeganin1995andistheUSSkiandSnowboard’slongest-runningdomesticseries.AnewadditiontotheToyotaU.S.GrandPrix’sresortlineupthisseasonisAspenSnowmass,Jan.10-14.Snowmass,whichiscelebratingits50th anniversarythisseason,ishometoanaward-winningparkandpipesetup.

TheToyotaU.S.GrandPrixatSnowmassissanctionedasaFISWorldCupandAFPPlatinumlevelevent.Athletesmustmeetminimum criteriaforinvitationtoparticipateinthe2018ToyotaU.S.GrandPrix- FISWorldCup.

AllcompetitorsmustholdcurrentFISandAFPmemberships.

2.ACCOMMODATIONSAccommodationwillbeprovidedatavarietyofhotelpropertieslocatedintheCarbondale(DaysInn,ComfortInn)andBasalt(Element)areas,locatedbetween21-28milesfromEventRegistrationintheSnowmassVillage.RoomrateswillbeprovidedbasedonFISWCQuotasat50CHFperperson,whichincludesacomplimentaryextendedcontinentalbreakfast.AllocationofroomsateachpropertywillbebasedontheorderinwhichNation’sentriesarereceived.AllfeeswillbecollecteduponarrivalatonsiteEventRegistration,locatedattheBaseVillageConferenceCenter(110CarriageWay,SnowmassVillage,

CO81615).Teamswillberequiredtoprovideacreditcarddirectlytothehoteluponcheck-inforincidentals.

Teamsmustsubmittheirexpectedtotalnumberofteammembers(competitors,coaches,andteamofficials)andaccommodationsneedsthroughtheFISentrysystemnolaterthanDec.1,2017.
