NOTE:SwitchextensionplugshouldbeaboutthesamelengthastheDashSimmerHarnesspointedoutbytheredarrow.
BLULogicwiretiesinFigure1-14andtheremainderoftheseinstructionswillbeshowninyellow.

1.Usetheotherhalfofthewiresplitloomandapplyittothemicrophonewireleavingaminimalof1-2inchesofwireexposed.Securewireloomwithtape.
2.RoutebehindMFDcrossbraceandsecuretobraceusingawiretie(Fig.1-19).
6. Finalizingtheinstallationa. Connectmainharnesstointerfacemod-
ule.
NOTE:TheRedconnectorisconnectedtothematchingRedconnectoronthemodule.
1.Connectmicrophoneandswitchwiretointerfacemodule(highlightedinorange).
2.Bundleexcessmicrophonewireandswitchwireandsecureittothemainwireharness(Fig.1-20).
b. Connectmainpowerharnesstomatch-ingvehicle’sradioharness(Fig1-21).
NOTE:AVC-LAN(12pin)connectormaynotbepresentonthevehicle’sharness.Wiretiethisconnectortotheharnessunconnect-
