Toyota Landcruiser VDJ200 2008-on 4.5L TD 200 Series OS-21-FM Notes: ** Ensure ENGINE is OFF and is COOL to touch ! ** 1. Identify installation area. 2. Add fittings to Filter Assembly using supplied sealant - Allow 5 minutes to dry. 3. Mount bracket to factory fuel filter mounting - Add supplied 6mm bolt to support leg (see img1). 4. Pre-fill Fuel Manager unit with clean diesel & mount unit to bracket 5. Disconnect the Factory Feed Line (FFL) from the tank 6. Re-connect FFL to the Pre-Filter’s Inlet 7. Using the supplied Kit Hose (trim to desired length) - Connect one end to Factory Fuel Filter’s Inlet - Connect other end to Pre-Filter’s Outlet - Use the supplied Cable Ties to clutch hoses together. 8. Prime system using factory pump, until pump is hard to push.
