TOYO SCAFFOLD (S.W.L. 25kN)
It is the most widely used falsework system for its simplicity of assemblage, comparative light in weight, high
strength and safety.
Application
Toyo Scaffolding can be applied to various outdoor and indoor uses; the scaffolding for outdoor building works, the
shorings, supports, shatterings, towers and bleachers. The Basic unit is frame type. With the combination of Base
Jack, cross brace, joint pins, steel tube & couplers, Toyo scaffolding can formulate a comprehensive falsework
system as well as the access & rolling tower.
Various sizes of the Toyo’s Steel Prop are also available for speedy propping work.

ASSEMBLE
1. BASE JACK
BASE JACKS are to be placed on wooden planks,
the BASE JACKS are to be positioned at the
dimensions of the FRAMES.
2. FRAME
Insert the FRAME firmly into the BASE JACKS.
3. CROSS BRACE
CROSS BRACE is to be diagonally snapped into the
spring snap-locks attached to the FRAME.
4. JOINT PIN
Insert the JOINT PIN at each end of the FRAME, in
same way assemble members one after another at
every 4 pairs.

ROLLING TOWER / ACCESS TOWER
Our rolling tower (or access tower) is specially designed to comply the “Code of Practice for Metal Scaffolding
Safety” published by the Occupational Safety & Health Branch, Labour Department in June 2001.
Our Standard combination of rolling towers of platform height ranged from 2.3 Meters to 7.15 Meters, which
assembled by Toyo Scaffolds.
Application
The Rolling Tower supplied is for lightweight work for a structure that can readily be moved from place to
place, which serve as the most commonly used as a working platform or temporary access either in
construction site or external decoration works.

TOYO’S STEEL PROP (Galvanized) enhances the speed and
economy of your construction.
HOW TO USE � Set the pin into the hole of inner tube.
� Adjust the height by sliding the screw position.
� Props must be absolutely vertical or they lose their load-bearing
characteristics. ADVANTAGES 1) Easy to erect and dismantle;
2) Easy to relocate the location and fixed;
3) Less storage area required.
